My husband and I were greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful. Our room which was upgraded was delightful, overlooking the Thames and a perfect location for our visit to Hampton Court - directly opposite. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

The hotel was beautifully positioned next to the river and a perfect location for what we wanted to do and see. The rooms were very spacious and the staff friendly. The hotel gave me a receipt and I still have the booking reference from yourselves stating the prie was £116.25. However, my credit card statement shows they took £150.00. This was taken without my consent or knowledge - we didn't have breakfast and now my bank has charged me. When /i phoned them this morning they weren't helpful at all and said I had to call back this evening. Not happy at all.

Close to where I had a business appointment. Courteous and professional staff who responded to requests promptly. Extras we're expensive, meaning that overall value for money was not good. For example the charges for Internet and breakfast we're much higher than other comparable hotels. Breakfast was inferior in quality to the evening meal. The food was at best barely warm and the choice a little limited.

Bedroom was comfortable. The lack of a plate warmer at breakfast, food went cold quickly. I was surprised that although we booked for two the bathroom had only one set of towels, the second was at the top of the wardrobe.

It has good location. You can get London in 15 min by train. Also it is a beautiful view outside the hotel: river and Hampton castle. We had a room 105 and it was very noisy because of upstairs neighbors.

Good location, well appointed, decoration good There were no recption staff on when we arrived at 6.30 and only night porter at 10.30 at night and the bar was closed - seems very early for such low staffing levels. Unfortunately overnight the maintenenace team painted the outside of our door and when I opened it in the morning I got paint on my hands - told reception and they were apoogetic but had no products available to get paint off as it wouldn't come off with soap and water - customer service could be a littl tighter

1) Looks great 2) Value for money with late deal 3) Excellent location on river, next to hampton court and not far from kingston Staff came into room 3 times without knocking. I'm sure they'll fix this. Other than this staff really friendly, very helpful -hence excellent rating.

The hotel is fantastically located on the Thames with Hampton Court Palace across the road. We were upgraded to the most amazing room with views of both, chaisse lounge and a 4 poster you literally needed a ladder to get up into - pure romance. And the added touch they do on other rooms as well (have stayed here before) - carafes of complimentary gin, scotch, and cognac, whatever takes your fancy. It is such a generous extra you just feel at home and somehow a trusted friend. On top of this a wonderful welcome from the staff, and an in room breakfast that wasn't ordered until the morning - service really unheard of by this gypsy Nothing except beware there are stairs in part of the hotel that does not have lift access...staff will help with bags if necessary

We booked for a last minute deal and when we arrived found we had been upgraded. We had a very nice room with an enormous bed. The food as always was very good, although breakfast is now in the format of a buffet (previous stay we were waited on - which is nicer). However we were able to have other items not on the buffet so I guess there is a compromise. The first cup of coffee was cold but when we told the waiter he made sure the next one was hot. The main problem with this hotel is the parking but we double parked and gave the keys to reception. We hope to book a deal for Christmas shopping when they send the details through. One of our favourite hotels as it is cosy and very friendly.

The reception staff were friendly on arrival. We liked the complimentary newspaper and mini bar- which compensated for the rather 'tired' bathroom! The hotel is in a lovely location. We felt that the lighting in the brasserie was very bright (too bright), however staff did dim the lights when asked. We were one of only 4 couples dining in there on a beuatiful evening. We were told we couldn't eat outside on the river terrace as it was "too dark to serve food". There were uncleared drinks and bottles in public areas. The tables were sticky in the brasserie.

Very nice. We stayed for a Hampton Court visit and were upgraded to the K. Parr room. The mini bar is a nice touch but breakfast is not included. We eat a light breakfast so we went across the bridge for cofee and light fare. The upscale bar and layout is excellent with an outside seating area on the Thames. There is a neat quiet sitting room/ library where we sat awhile for conversation. Though pricing is up there, this place has charm and character. We would definitely stay there again

The large television, which swivelled. The dining room overlooking the river. The large bed and bedroom. The staff were very accommodating. The sound proofing to adjacent rooms not good I.E. doors being banged and walking up and down stairs.
