The staff were very friendly and I was upgraded which was very welcome. The complimentary parking, decanters and mini bar were appreciated. Apart from that all perfect - including the breakfast in our room. Only negative was that there weren't enough toiletries in the room for the occupants

Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Very difficult to park, without having to either block someone in, or be blocked in yourself. Rooms are very noisy (this is due to location), and would advise you to take your ear plugs, unless you don't mind waking up at 6 by the traffic outside. Curtains are very heavy to pull, and could do with a cord (couldn't get them to meet in the middle), and as there were 3 very large windows in the room, the sunlight was streaming in early. So combined with noise and sunlight, didn't tick our box of making the most of a night away without the kids (who get us up at 6 everyday),

Location, front desk Staff, Restaurant staff were all excellent. Facilities in the room were awesome, except for rather dated bathroom.( It was - however - spotlessly clean). Bathrooms need modernising.

Good location for shopping in kingston.Good selection of restaurants in the area.Good breakfast in the hotel. Poor parking facilities.The photos of the hotel on the internet did not live up to expectations.

The room was clean and comfortable and there was good information provided. The party we attended at the hotel was well catered and set out nicely. The staff were very friendly and polite. The bathroom was a little out dated. There was very little parking available.

I stayed here for a wedding. The room was large and comfortable. The food at the wedding breakfast and indeed the breakfast buffet the next morning was delicious. Also having a tray of decanters in the room was a very nice touch. The bathroom could have been a bit nicer and more luxurious. My toilet leaked from the base (where the whole thing connects to the floor) - so someone needs to check that! I was in room 103.

Close to where I had a business appointment. Courteous and professional staff who responded to requests promptly. Extras we're expensive, meaning that overall value for money was not good. For example the charges for Internet and breakfast we're much higher than other comparable hotels. Breakfast was inferior in quality to the evening meal. The food was at best barely warm and the choice a little limited.

My husband and I were greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful. Our room which was upgraded was delightful, overlooking the Thames and a perfect location for our visit to Hampton Court - directly opposite. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

It has good location. You can get London in 15 min by train. Also it is a beautiful view outside the hotel: river and Hampton castle. We had a room 105 and it was very noisy because of upstairs neighbors.
