I requested a very quiet room and was given a room at the end of the hotel that was very quiet. The staff were very efficient and friendly. I decided to end my trip early and so checked out halfway through my intended stay. Again the staff were very helpful and made sure that I was waken at 130 AM in the morning so that I could get to the airport on time. None. I did not eat any food there since I was visiting my parents at the time. |

I did not agree with a £15 bottle of wine turn into a £17 bottle, just because a waiter twists a cap off', |

Its' close proximity to Sheffield's MeadowHall shopping complex and the Sheffield Arena. The staff were extremely polite and most accomodating. |

The rooms were newly decorated and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely view from our window. Breakfast was great and there was ample parking. The room was fairly small compared to similar hotels we have stayed in. The lift was faulty. |

Excellent value for money with good facilities and quality rooms. Breakfast not included in price and at £10-95 extra is expensive. I chose not to eat breakfast at hotel. |

Complimentary Internet access was very useful. My evening meal in the hotel restaurant was cooked to perfection and the portions were generous. I compliment the chef who was on duty on the night of 11th May 2009. No. |
