The staff were very friendly and most helpful the rooms were comfortable and clean and lovely and warm.The seaview was as excellent as expected.Breakfast was excellent and delicious and the staff serving the meal were most polite and helpful we will definately stay here again.Well recommended.Nice quiet area.

It wasn't a dislike as much as an observation.It would be helpful if a notice was placed in the rooms warning people to close the bathroom door after having a shower since the steam tends to set off the smoke alarm.

very poor,singing etc from bar until 12/30 am then talking etc until 2/30 am..not good.. young farmers all drunk around the town not good....

In need of an update. Beds uncomfortable, shower ran scalding then cold, couldn't allow my 10yr old son to use it for fear of scalding him. Corridors smelt and carpets dirty

It was clean and the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was good. Felt it was really good value for money. Very helpful about suggesting where to go for dinner ( and thenIndian restaurant around the corner was absolutely fantastic). Would definitely stay again if going to Blackpool.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable the room was freezing even though we put the heater on all nite the tv didn't work properly

the room and ensuite could have done with upgrading as there was damp in the corner, the tv kept going off and we had to wedge the drawers shut.

Clean, comfortable and good size single room.

Water only luke warm for shower but good value never the less.

Customer service was poor, the room wasn't ready upon arrival the main light and two bedside table plugs wernt working, Although this was rectified upon complaint. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor which resulted in me slipping over. Overall not somewhere I'd choose to stay again

the room was ok but when it came to the double bed it smelt discusting, like sweaty feet and bodies, it was the duvet needed throwing away and the sheet covering the mattress needed washing, in fact the whole lot needed throwing out. we slept on a blanket on top off the bed the only thing going for us was the heating was on all night so we didn't get cold.

We where made welcome as soon as we arrived, the hotel was lovely and warm, rooms where spotless, restaurant was spotless too, we would certainly return to this hotel!

It was convenient for visiting our relatives, the main purpose of our visit, and also near the start of the illuminations and the pleasure beach, although we did not visit it on this occasion. The fact that we were able to find a parking space without much difficulty was a major consideration. If we had stayed nearer the centre of Blackpool, where the shops and other attractions are located, parking would have been a problem and we would probably have had to pay a lot for it. For those without a car there is easy access to the town centre by tram but there is a cost in time and money. Breakfast was very good with a reasonable choice of food and cheerful service. Our room with a sea view was spacious, well furnished and well equipped.
