Personally we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the gentleman on the desk was very attentive and remembered that my youngest brother was going for a flying lesson around Blackpool, he asked him how it went on our return to the hotel which was very nice :) The room was spacious and met our expectations.

the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly and also ready to help you, whatever time it is and whenever the need arise. the room was very relaxing and cosy. the bed is made again in the morning when you leave and when you enter the room, its nice to see things made again, new towel, more teabags and biscuits left on the table. located near the pleasure and sandcastle waterpark and tram stop just opposite the hotel....really good

We thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic.we had a view of the sea front and our room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff there couldnt do enough for us.we wanted to know where there was entertainment for the evening and as it was out of season time,we was told by the owners where the best place to go was.We also stayed for breakfast and it was lovely.when we go to blackpool again we will 100% book into carn brae.....

Welcoming reception area and a lovely sea-view room. Breakfast was superb and where normally you would need to have a cooked breakfast to fill you up, the choice on the continental table was fantastic. We also like the fact that you could walk to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle venues but also had a choice of using the trams as the stop was across the road from the hotel. The only downside I found was we were in a top floor room (views fab) but walls were very thin and we could hear the family in the next room. This bugged me a bit but ultimately didn't ruin our stay. Would like to know if rooms lower down would be the same? Would ask for one of them next time.

The hotel was larger than we expected. Very pleasent welcome and family room was a good size and very clean. Special thanks to Lizzie who also made us feel welcome. It was a little further out than we thought but at least this meant we got a nights sleep!

The room had a brilliant view, the bed was comfy. The staff were pleasant and helpfull. The location was great, The only thing I was'nt happy about was the room we were given was next to room's with children, i've got kid's myself but I went away for a peaceful night. I would stay again though.

I stopped with my friend for 1 night so we could enjoy the fairground one day and the waterpark the next. These were both just 10 - 15 minutes walk away along the promenade. Nice looking hotel on the outside, very pleasant and welcoming inside. The man behind reception very friendly told us everything we needed to know and got the keys early aswell. Big dining room area and lounge with bar in a seperate room. The double bedroom was small but very clean and tidy and had everything you need in it tea/coffee making facilities, although shower/toilet could do with updating but still very clean. We had a Sea View and could park close by. The owners couldn't do enough for us and were lovely people. Great thank you .
