Would have liked tea/coffee in room and kettle.
Colette and her husband were the most welcoming hosts we had during our two week stay in Ireland.
A great place to stay a little distance from town.
We absolutely loved our stay at Carnately Lodge! We cannot wait to come back!!! The owners we the most friendly and helpful people we've met! (And hilarious) breakfast was huge and delicious. Wish we would have planned to stay here more days! House was so clean and cozy! Super close location to all of the beautiful sites!
We have no complaints! Not one!
Everything, fantastic place, hosts and food.Colette and Bert are so welcoming and helpful,we arrived as guests and left as friends! Will definately be back, anyone not staying here is missing out on a brilliant B&B.Thanks Colette.
Hosts Breakfast Location General atmosphewre
Rhona and Keith are both terrific hosts. Rhona's breakfasts are the best and she is a wealth of information. Wonderful breakfast conversations. Location, comfort, accommodations all are exceptional. We will return.
Having to leave!!
Do believe that the food tasted best by our host and cook than any other we ate during our 14 day trip around NI and the Republic of Ireland. The scenery around the location was beautiful. Access to the Giant's Causeway and other northern sites was great.
Very kind owner, big room, great Irish breakfast
need to drive a car to the nearest restaurant in the town.
Very comfortable bed and pillows.
I was there with my husband for 1 night. The housekeepers are very kind. Excellent breakfast.
In eight days of travelling, this provided the best Irish breakfast we had!
A little way out of town but that had been realised and accepted in the price, which was excellent value for money.
Atmosphere. Colette very welcoming, made us feel right at home. room was excellent as was breakfast. all in all a very enjoyable stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carnately Lodge to anyone.
Owners could not be friendlier. Clean and comfortable.
Colette was a wonderful, friendly, accommodating hostess. She was helpful and informative. Breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was handy to many of the interesting sights in the area.
Warm welcoming, very friendly people and an excellent place to stay in all aspects. Even the departure was warm. I would go and stay there again... Peter

Excellent breakfast Great host Very comfy bed
Absolutely everything Collette, Bert and their staff were hands down the nicest owners of anywhere I've ever stayed in my life. From our arrival Collette looked after us like we were royalty giving us tea and biscuits and on the Saturday morning gave us a lift to the event we had come to Ballycastle for. The breakfast I had both morning was top of the range and the rooms were gorgeous too. Location is ideal just 5 minutes from the beautiful village. Overall 10/10
Nothing at all even the cows mooing in the morning was a nice change from listening to traffic in the city.
Warm welcome, good room very well presented
Wonderful hosts, super friendly and helpful. Great location to see the Causeway Coast and Glens of Antrim. Very comfortable and huge breakfast then Colette adapted to our needs we we had to leave early on day 3.
No problems, everything great.
Colette and her family were absolutely wonderful! Made the most delicious breakfast. Made us feel so comfortable I never wanted to leave!
Everything as soon as we walked in, great reception & the room, meals, cleanliness etc we're perfect. Location was terrific.
We were made very welcome, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good and the parking was good. Definitely an asset to Ballycastle.
Best breakfast ever... Location was wonderful - just outside Ballycastle - easy to find, surrounded by pastures and everything countryside. Room was clean and very comfortable - great size. Bathroom was also a good size - plenty of water pressure and hot water. Hosts were fantastic. Close to all attractions in the area and we wished we had stayed here another night and done a day trip to Derry.
Nothing I didn't like - you would have to be very picky to find fault. Easier with a car but not essential as a very short taxi ride from town centre
Nice room, wonderful location, really nice breakfast. Just one word: perfect!
