“ From the moment we arrived until we left the staff could not have been any better. They were friendly, polite and helpful. There was a real sense of them being happy in their workplace. The hotel itself was beautiful and was very relaxing with wonderful log fires. The junior suite was beautiful and to top everything off, the food served in the restaurant was delicious. ”

Quality of accomodation and best night's sleep I can remember having A socket nearer a mirror would be good for ladies getting ready and using hair dryer.

The hotel itself was beautiful and was very relaxing with wonderful log fires. The junior suite was beautiful and to top everything off, the food served in the restaurant was delicious. I have no negative comments for this hotel. We would definitely recommend it and fully intend to stay there again.

We had a lovely, comfortable room with a nice big bathroom. The dinner in the restaurant was lovely and the early bird price really reasonable. The two youngsters on duty were very pleasant and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff: very helpful and if it is possible, they did it. Bedroom: very large with a very large comfortable bed. Food: very good. Location: set in a large area of land so very peaceful. Food: menu is only changed every month or so, so the menu becomes a bit boring if you stay for more than a few days. Breakfast at £15 per head is too expensive, especially if you don't eat much.

On arrival the welcome was very good, didn't need to book a time for dinner. The fact that I was dining was enough. Room very good quality and clean. The food was top quality best starter of scallop and black pudding and main ccourse of sea bass that I have tasted ever. Didn't feel pressured to finish meal or leave the dining room even though I was the last person to dine. The address doesn't match with sat nav it isn't as stated as being on Busby Road although there is a plaque on the gate telling you where it really is (just round the corner on by-pass). £15.00 for breakfast is expensive especially if you just have cereal.

We had a lovely spacious room with country views.One would never have thought we were anywhere near Glasgow. Most of all, we were made welcome by friendly helpful staff & manager who were keen to make our stay a happy one.Even though there was a wedding going on when we arrived,the staff gave us all the help we needed.It suited us to be in a small country hotel . After a long drive from Oxfordshire,we were very annoyed to find ourselves at 80 Busby rd..as your heading address showed but no hotel in sight!!!. We almost went to find other accomodation.It needs the address changing on your paperwork & large signs from each direction to lead you to the correct position of Carnbooth House off the By-pass.
