Location as it was away from the town and it was a lot quieter
there was a fire and we had to help people to get out ourselves there was no one to help us or tell us where to go and we walked into very thick smoke we will never stay there again Ever
Great rooms. Excellent staff.
This hotel was clean, the included breakfast excellent and the staff very friendly. Located at the South end of Blackpool it is well served by trams making the Centre of town easily within reach. Highly recommended.
Very clean and tidy and away from the noise of blackpool but still feeling like blackpool
Having a pulloutsofa bed for families was not ideal. I had young kids so was fine but would not be ideal for older kids. Bunkbeds would be a better option
would stay again
the beds where good and room was nice
the menu and food was only fair. bare tables in the restaurant you could not switch the bedside lights on or off independently felt very down market for its rating
Would recommend to others enjoyed our stay
had a lovely stay, hotel was away from the hussle and bussle but we still managed a great night round the tiwn as taxis were frequent. brill breakfast, clean comfortable room, will def go back
Great breakfast, really helpful staff and a good nights sleep once i'd moved room
Room 325 is next door to the boiler, saw the reception staff in the morning after a really bad nights sleep, was moved within half an hour.
staff super friendly and helpful clean rooms and en suite nice dining room atmosphere best hotel in the area
breakfast a bit limited options walking through dining room to get to reception
We stayed at the carousel for 3 nights,I was very happy with my room nice and clean, staff are friendly and helpful,I would stay here again if I returned to blackpool
breakfast, shower, cleanliness
slightly out of way but tram stop right outside.
Rooms were a little hot
The cleanliness of the whole hotel and the restaurant staff.
Nothing - but the lift could be a big bigger. This is a common problem with most hotels.
The food was very good & the rooms was clean good location & tram stop was out side which was handy..
We found the beds a bit comfortable & for a family room we found a bit small.
Room and hotel clean and bright A bit of entertainment at night if you wanted it Walking distance of pleasure beach Tram stop right outside
Nothing really a wee bit out of the way of shops, restaurants and tower but there is tram stop right outside
The hotel was spotlessly clean. Very important. Helpful staff.
Good buffet fry up breakfast but no Black Pudding ! Come on Chef. Limited car parking outside the hotel.
There wasn't anything to not like
Location was as we wanted and was easy to reach both on arrival and during our stay. Food and beverages good and reasonably priced.
Room was small and cramped, and I have seldom had a more uncomfortable bed to try to sleep in. The lift is antiquated and seldom available requiring us to climb several flight of stairs to our attic room.
Welcoming staff, very clean and cozy. Hotel was very warm (in a good way, been somewhere else the night before and left because it was freezing) good weekend.
Smell in the room although very clean not sure if it was from outside a bit off putting.
the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. nothing was to much trouble. breakfast had a lot of choice and was always hot. would recommend to anyone.
there wasn't anything we didn't like.
Clean and comfortable room. Good food. Great staff. Excellent situation, tram stop just across the road.
Breakfast was good value and plenty of it aswell as it being cooked well and presented hot. Waitresses were very attentive and friendly with plenty of tea and coffee being offered.
We had requested the 1st or 2nd floor due to travelling with elderly parents but upon arrival we were advised on 3rd floor. This would have been ok if the lift was up to date. It was badly needing replaced as it sometimes didn't work and only takes 2 people at a time. Also the bed didn't have a balance round the base so bit bare looking but comfortable enough. In bathroom the curtain pole was completely rusty (room 320).
Hotel very clean and modern, staff were friendly. Entertainment was very good.
Quality of food at dinner could have been better considering the price. Staff were not very attentive at dinner too busy clearing tables to set up for breakfast, had a very long wait for our food considering we were only ones in the restaurant. When food arrived some dishes were missing and when they came they were not fit for consumption. Not very good value for the price. We ate out after that.
Staff friendly, parking, hotel quiet, lift to all floors, breakfast, had a wonderful two day break. We would stay again.
Nothing we didn't like..
