helpful friendly staff, good location had paid for an executive room, felt room was small, asked what we were getting in terms of it being 'executive' having paid extra for the privelidge, was told it was the sea view. Feel this is misleading, as it would have been fairer to ask if we wanted to pay extra for sea view, rather than suggesting the standard of the room would be better |

I thought the hotel was good value for money in a good position just out of town, the self service breakfast was excellent .It is a good choice for a short stay hotel. |

very pleased with our stay and in process of booking family for september. staff friendly, hotel beautifully clean and lovely siting compared to further along towards tower. fantastic breakfast! and great bus and tram services from front of hotel. some foreign residents on first night very noisy early morning |

i enjoyed the faclities e.g nice restaurant and breakfst and helpful hotel staff i was very upset that the room we were in was in the near vacinity of a very loud machinery noise which banged at least every 30 seconds all through the night in relation to tht it meant that me and my fiance were kept awake all of the night we informed the reception staff and they really didnt seem bothered i think this must be a regular issue for them with visitors who stay in that paticular... |

rooms very clean,comfortable,breakfasts very good,good bar area,pleasant staff. lift not very good because people didnt close security gate so it meant you couldnt get it half the time. |

The hotel was clean and had a bright feel to it, the staff were polite, helpful and friendly and the facilities were adequate. Apart from having a view facing away from the sea, it is not ideally situated to the town centre and entailed a 10 - 15 min walk. |

we were very impressed with the friendly staff and the food was beautifully presented and excellent. Being a non smoking hotlel it would have been nice to have a covered in area maybe out the back in which to smoke. We saw scantily clad guests freezing in the wind stood at the front. We smoked in our car which we do not usually do. |

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, excellent value for money The room had a view of a wall which was disappointing as the hotel was extremely quiet so I'm sure we could have had a seaview. |
