My bed was a bit lumpy and hard and my mobile phone had only limited service (Vodaphone) which was a little inconvenient. but these were niggles not complaints. |

The newly refurbished room, well set out dining room, good food. It was quiet at night. Good heating. Very efficient lift service The room was very small(Third floor double) but we managed OK |

Rooms with sea view was excellent, cleanliness was of a high standard. Most of the staff were very unfriendly which was a shame, friendly staff would of made it the perfect break. |

We arrived early and the staff were friendly and held our bags as it was too early to book in. They offered us good advise on what was happening in the town and on the best way to get there. We came back that evening and everything was ready for us and the rooms and service was excellent. |

We went to look at the lights in Blackpool .We didnt arrive there untill 10pm .The staff were most helpful ,they made sure that we had a park for the car.The room was clean ,we only stayed one night the only thing was that it was a long walk to the town centre . |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The car park wasn t big enough. We had to park our car several minutes walk away. |

Friendly helpfull staff, comfortable lounge/dining area, pleasant, clean rooms. Reasonable snack prices. Lovely breakfast. I thought 3pm was late for waiting for your rooms. I was given the wrong room and the staff moved my belongings to the almost identical room next door while I was out, I still can't see why this was neccesary, why couldn't the rooms be changed on paper? |

The room was fine with good sea views. The hotel was clean and all the staff well turned out. Breakfast was of a good slection. I thought that not much thought had gone into the bar area and meals off the bar menu were expensive. We booked a exective room which to us seemed to be a standard room. The room also smelt of ciggerette smoke. The shower was too small and there was not much room at the sink.I would not have paid the full price of this room. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful (especially the night staff. The buffet breakfast was also good and plentiful we booked a double room but on checking in were given a twin, but was changed when questioned. |

All areas where clean well presented and staff for the most part helpful. We only stayed the one night. Bar catering menu was restricted due to wedding party. Beds seamed excessively firm. |

The room which had a sea view. Freindly recertion staff. Bathroom was far too small and no bath. Breakfast was not great , they really struggled to cope with a busy breakfast room, hot food not filled up, had to ask for pasteries, dirty table. |

helpful friendly staff, good location had paid for an executive room, felt room was small, asked what we were getting in terms of it being 'executive' having paid extra for the privelidge, was told it was the sea view. Feel this is misleading, as it would have been fairer to ask if we wanted to pay extra for sea view, rather than suggesting the standard of the room would be better |
