it was on the seafront of blackpool right at the end but didnt make any difference as Trams excellent, use as many times you like for £4.50, Hotel room was spotless

Didn`t appreciate being wakened at 1.40 am with adults and children. then again at 4am. No consideration for others. Good breakfast . Sad to say wont be using this hotel again

Room was comfortable looked clean. Breakfast was lovely.

Room smelt like sewage and they tried to charge us more for the room. Felt sick for the whole stay because of the smell. I had stayed here before and it was lovely. My friend and I had our 5 yr old children with us and we were stuck in the smelly room for a while. Also tv very small in this room. We had room service both nights die to children being asleep and the first night they chucked it at us and did send knife fork or any thing!!!!

Beds and bedding really need an upgrade! The covers were too small for the bed and were torn.

Comfortable,clean,breakfast was good. Bar and other menu ok but not really tasty apart from chicken starter. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not much space to sit and chat limited in comfy furniture in lounge areas also due to fact function room was being used for outside guests wedding,party night etc

Second visit lovely sea view room clean and comfortable. Just a tram ride from main attractions will definitely stay there again

Arriving at the hotel it looked nice from the outside. When booking in and going to the room it disappoint at all. We were really pleased with the hotel and decided to stay on and extra night. Would defiantly go back.

Only downside to the hotel was it was far out and had to get trams/taxis everywhere but the hotel made up for how far out it was.

The hotel was comfortable and clean.

There was a wedding party on the Saturday night and kids were allowed to run around up and downstairs and to mess with the lift without any supervision.

Some of the staff need to learn how to smile. Rooms could do with a freshen up..fresh paint is all that's needed. Dinner wasn't great...everyone who had a burger was unhappy with it.

Staff extremely helpful, willing to help and pleasant. Rooms clean and fresh looking. Our grandchildren loved the video library.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable !! but when mentioned this to a member of staff she stated that they were looking into replacing mattresses. Kids food (in my opinion) was poor value for money.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in blackpool with bad experiences, this hotel ticked all the boxes staff was very friendly hotel clean you get a good nights sleep as it is not full of party goers coming in at all hours still partying in there rooms I would staff again brilliant wish more blackpool hotels took a leaf out of your book

No complaints

The receptionist at check-in was friendly. During check-out, she offered to do the vat refund. Honestly speaking we didn't know we were eligible. In all the other 7 hotels, none offered to do the vat refund. Kudos to her and Carousel Hotel for having an alert employee.

The shower room was too small especially for a 6 footer and weighing 105 kg. The location was a bit far from the main attractions.
