Carousel Hotel

My bed was a bit lumpy and hard and my mobile phone had only limited service (Vodaphone) which was a little inconvenient. but these were niggles not complaints.

The newly refurbished room, well set out dining room, good food. It was quiet at night. Good heating. Very efficient lift service

The room was very small(Third floor double) but we managed OK

We arrived early and the staff were friendly and held our bags as it was too early to book in. They offered us good advise on what was happening in the town and on the best way to get there. We came back that evening and everything was ready for us and the rooms and service was excellent.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The car park wasn t big enough. We had to park our car several minutes walk away.

The room was fine with good sea views. The hotel was clean and all the staff well turned out. Breakfast was of a good slection.

I thought that not much thought had gone into the bar area and meals off the bar menu were expensive. We booked a exective room which to us seemed to be a standard room. The room also smelt of ciggerette smoke. The shower was too small and there was not much room at the sink.I would not have paid the full price of this room.

Very comfortable hotel in a good location a short distance away from the noisier aspects of Blackpool but with good links to the main attractions.

The staff were really friendly and helpful (especially the night staff. The buffet breakfast was also good and plentiful

we booked a double room but on checking in were given a twin, but was changed when questioned.

Staff were helpful and the manageress was more than happy to make up for a service issue.

had paid for an executive room, felt room was small, asked what we were getting in terms of it being 'executive' having paid extra for the privelidge, was told it was the sea view. Feel this is misleading, as it would have been fairer to ask if we wanted to pay extra for sea view, rather than suggesting the standard of the room would be better
