The full breakfast was very nice and so was the fact of having a swimming pool There were 3 people staying in my room and yet each day only 2 buscuits were given by housekeeping. The shower was also hard to work and did not maintain a consistent temperature |

The pool was very nice and the general standard of the food good-even the children's food had quite the best fish fingers. I liked the waitress-motherly and friendly in equal measure. The long walk and fact you had to get 2 lifts to the room. The rom was hot and noisy at night. |

The friendly staff on arrival, the lobby was nice, the room was spacious, almost too much so. The bathroom was poor, the shower didn't work, and the bath was so scratchy it took the skin off my back, and looked tatty. |

The staff were very helpful and considerate, I would recommend this hotel to friends. The room was very clean and we especially liked the tea/coffee and biscuits. The room was very warm even though the radiator was cold. We could not open the window for any length of time because of the children. At other hotels they often have fruit at the reception desk. |

Spacious family room, plenty of storage, and great for kids. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Nice sized pool although unsupervised. Excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room decoration in need of some remedial work - nothing too serious. Wallpaper had been ripped off (by previous kids) by bunk beds and there appeared to be an issue with moisture penetrating from bathroom as the paper on the adjoining wall was peeling at the bottom with signs of damp. Nothing too bad - not immediately noticeable, but made the room feel "tired". Restaurant service in the evening very slow. |

Very pleasant large hotel. Nicely furnished spacious family room (double bed and bunks). Enjoyed swim in pool. Walked into Bournemouth along cliff road (20mins walk approx). Had to depart early (6am) to catch ferry. So requested a room service continental breakfast. It did not arrive as night porter had had some other problems during night- the hotel apologised and refunded breakfast charge to us. |

Breakfasts were excellent.Location near sea-side and not far from activity. The hotel needs updating. The rooms are tired. The walls and floor were too thin. You could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms. |

The breakfast and waiters were excellent. Not enough games for my teenage boys to do in the games room. I think a vending machine on each floor would of been a good idea as my boys did'nt like the snack menu. A mini-fridge as the bar didn't do the well known bottle drinks i.e fanta,pepsi....etc. Had to get drinks from supermarket. |

The family rooms were a good size. Pool excellent. Decoration a lot more up to date than some of the sea front hotels. Beach is a 15-20 minute walk with smaller children. Breakfast charge for children added to bill on arrival. |
