The staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to stay again soon .
The only thing was. Just for a bigger range of food on the evening meal. There isn't anything i can complain on.
lumpy bed, odd shaped mattress, felt like back was bent the wrong way
Quiet road, clean linen, reasonably comfortable bed. Reasonably clean room.
Decor in public areas disgraceful. Two lifts with long corridors between, to access 3rd floor. Shower not working. Water not very hot. Breakfast poor, dreadful sausages, no teapot unless you asked. Limited car parking tho can park on road.

Not One Thing
Everything, What A Dump
Breakfast was very poor standard.
Blackout curtains in the bedroom and price!
The restaurant and the bar was poorly staffed
Beds where lovely. Comfy nights sleep. Nice location and perfect for value for money.
Onsite parking. Quiet location, easy to find.
Halfway between the start & the finish line of all races. Staff were friendly.
Room was a bit tired & scruffy looking corridors, although it did look like some effort was being contemplated to redecorate (dust sheets around) It was long over due. Shower was a dribble (which I hate) Needs money spent on it to make me stay again.
Very strong smell of smoke in the room when we arrived but Reception were very quick to make sure air freshener was used whilst we were out so that when we returned the smell was all but gone. Helpful and friendly staff on Reception
Inch of dust behind bed and cupboards !!! Generally needs a really good up date and clean
Clean, well equipped rooms - great to get a hairdryer and ironing board! Will stay again but NOT on the ground floor. Excellent value for money restaurant.
Rooms on the ground floor very noisy from other guests in the leisure area. Kept awake well into the late hours.
Room clean and comfortable and breakfast good.
Some noise from music during the evening but this did stop later so wasn't much of a problem
Room was comfy and very clean.
Stayed in a family room with a young child and was a bit dissapointed to be awoken at 2am in the morning to the sound of what we think was a rather large group of girls on a hen do right next doors to us my young son woke up from the noise as they were all very loud in the corridoors. Bit of a shame that a party was placed right next to a family room. breakfast was very diassapointing everything was either under cooked or over cooked we didnt enjoy it at all.
Swimming Pool was lovely temperature. Bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful.
Hotel was being re-decorated. Heating/AirCon didn't work in bedroom. Hairdryer didn't work in bedroom. Shower fitting broken. No minibar/fridge in room. Swipe key didn't work in Leisure suite. Not adequate parking for guests.
staff quite good, and the breakfast not bad apart from the toaster was not working.
average cleanliness, building works everywhere,
Unclean Tiny Pool Noisy Thin walls Old scruffy decor throughout Dirty windows Uncomfortable bed and pillows Blase' staff Smelly bathroom Unacceptable housekeeping Heavy doors bang on closing
