Cheap. No tea, coffee or milk sachets. Most serviced apartments provide basic "welcome" tray. Not this one.

Central location. Spacious. Very dirty! Brought food to cook a meal for 8 and had to throw away and go out to eat ( cost over 100 pounds) as all pans and cooker and microwave were filthy!

Appartamento davvero molto bello, spazioso e pulito. Le modalità con cui è stato fatto il check in e il check out. Difficoltà nel trovare l'edificio.

The apartment was Iin a brilliant location. The apartment itself was relatively nice, bit rough around the edges but all in all ok. Iron was broken and shower heads were loose. No bags for the bin either. Id give it a 6/10 Hard to find on the sat nav due to the one way system, once there having to go up to the apartment to get the key for the garage... A bit of a hassle and doing the same when leaving again, long.

Very convenient for the centre of Nottingham. Light, airy and comfortable. We were only 3 people so it was spacious and much more comfortable than a hotel would have been. We would definitely stay there again. Minor things - no battery in clock, very few matching glasses/wine glasses, not enough teaspoons or general cutlery (there was plenty of crockery and pans though). The waste extractor in the sink did not work. It would have been extremely useful to have more than one set of keys as we were 3 people all wanting to do different things. Perhaps more detailed instructions on finding the property in the first place.

The apartment was very spacious which was great and I loved the fact that my room had an en-suite which was amazing, absolutely loved it, I will definitely stay there again Only thing that I didn't like was the fact that when we arrived the lift wasn't working and as I had a lot of things it was a mission to carry everything up to the top of the stairs, but thankfully it worked the next day

Anniversary weekend. Trusted information Casa provided to booking.com about hotel amenities. Chose to stay there after seeing photos of available rooms. Sadly unimpressed... But very disappointed! (Admittedly, Casa's employee was very apologetic for getting us lost on the way to the apartment; an old building on Plumptre Street, but upon arrival we soon discovered no lift as advertised - large suitcase up four flights!) Casa advertise "apartments full of style and luxury with attention to detail (bright, clean and contemporary rooms etc)", but we were unfortunately presented with a cold, unloved apartment: Lounge felt drab and empty with a bare-brick side wall, small beige-coloured suite (no cushions or throw), and bare, dark wood floors. There 'was' one b&w picture and a dining table. Bedroom had little to offer, standard plain- white bedding...no headboard, no bedside lamps, no cushions, no pictures (more magnolia). Not at all like the photos of "1 bedroom apartments" on multiple other sites advertising Casa. Also, redundant(?) electrical cables sticking out the wall adjacent the "hanger-less" wardrobe. The Bathroom; "grim". Light pull-cord discoloured with what looked like a children's toy attached! Bleach/replacement recommended!. When operating the sink lever, you could see grime. Bath plug - lever could not depress the plug completely. Only showers for us! No toilet roll holder, but behind the toilet... An almost empty toilet roll, which when used, covered us with white dust suggesting it was old! Bath towels left in Lounge(?)Toiletries in Kitchen(?) Apartment's only bin was in the Kitchen. Though functional, Kitchen was dark. Unsightly metal draining rack on the wall. Though daytime temperatures were mild, all rooms soon got cold. All main windows were open when we arrived. The white plastic skirting heating only heats up part way - worst problem in the bedroom. Total romance killer!

Good value as long as there are enough of you to pay the cost. As there is no check in desk you will be contacted by a member of staff arranging a check in time. As my group arrived late instructions were left which were clear and concise. The apartment was large and clean, beds comfortable, no complaints!

Location was brilliant for getting around Nottingham on foot, also useful as a base for day trips into East Midlands, e.g. Ashbourne, Buxton, Matlock, Dovedale, Lincoln, Melton Mowbray, Rutland. Concierge was always available on phone to sort out couple of minor issues. Good restaurants / bars near by. Kitchen means you can prepare food, washin machine means you go home not needing to do big wash! Windows let through a lot of noise, being in Lace Market Saturday was very noisy til 03:00, also Sunday & Monday noisy due to freshers returning to University - great if you plan to party, otherwise take ear plugs. No complimentary tea / coffee (but Tesco, Sainsburys & M&S near by). Couple of issues with hot water but sorted by concierge.
