The food, the overall quality of the room and walk in shower in the lovely bathroom The staff were friendly and very helpful Nothing to complain about at all except that the newspaper was delivered at 08:45 on Sunday it could have been earlier but this is just nit picking

the staff were very helpful, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic a great choice of food too noisy on Saturday night/Sunday morning, there had been a wedding and the guests were very noisy making their way back to the rooms, went on until 1am

Excellent hotel but at the time we stayed the restaurant was closed and as it was our wedding anniversary we were disappointed as there was little choice in the town. That said the staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble Not your fault but location was geared I thing for visiting business which is where I heard about it from my son who stays there when working for pwc.

Welcoming staff, very clean and attractive hotel. Lovely room, fabulous bed, excellent food. Nice additional touches such as fresh milk and home made buscuits in the room. Good equipment in the gym. No swimming pool. Convenient but unattractive location

Great value for money, splendid 4* hotel. Breakfast was all high quality, and dinner was very decent. Good powerful and hot showers. Lovely staff! The room got a bit dry over night.

The floor to ceiling windows gave a beautiful light to the room & made it seem bigger than it was, its a gorgeous hotel. Not having a big bath to relax in.

Beautiful hotel, clean and very modern. Biggest, comfiest bed we've ever slept in. Staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Great breakfast. No pool but we were too tired anyway
