The Casa Hotel and Marco Pierre White Restaurant - Camberley West  

Dinner was very good

Very friendly restaurant staff and excellent food

Later breakfast time on Saturday - needed to be away by 8am

We were at the hotel for for my daughters wedding, everything was taken care of. |Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to make sure her day was special. The following day I hosted a lunch party for 16 and the same care and effort was put into that. The food was excellent, and our room was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful, friendly and proffesional. Couldn't have asked for more.

I would have liked a walk in shower as opposed to one in the bath tub, as I am a bit unsure on my legs.

Pleasant location, nice well kept gardens, ample safe parking, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms.Nothing too much trouble for the staff and all of this supported by a good restaurant and breakfast buffet.Have stayed here before and will do so again.

We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and all in all a very pleasant stay. .

The only downside is the stairs, although the staff were very willing to help with luggage etc and the hotel is a bit of a maze, once we got our bearings that was ok and was a bit quirky compaired to the usual boring corridors

Excellent staff and service, ideal location for us and good value for money.

Shower Bed was comfortable

Hanging space for clothes - difficult to use clothes screwed up. Small high window in room and the view was just a rooftop. As this is a hotel in the country I expected to see trees at least. Offered another room but that was a view of the car park. Mean on tea and milk in the room. Only four tea bags and four pots of milk. Had to ask for more. Breakfast - freezing cold plates, had to wait for scrambled egg by which time the rest of the breakfast was stone cold. Scrambled egg could not be eaten - think there was an egg in it which had gone off.

The location was excellent and ten out of ten to the staff .

Bathroom was looking a bit shabby the curtain at the window was long past its best , and our shower didn't work .

The room was comfortable and clean, reception helpful and well manared. Breakfast was v good. Good location near m3,

Nothing negative, that I can say, it was a very reasonable price and exceeded my expectations.

Friendly staff; no hassle check-in/out; excellent breakfast. Could not find fault with anything, apart from the size of the bed. However, did not cause a problem for our 1 night stay.

Would have liked a king size bed.

The room was comfortable and a good size. It was clean and had tea and coffee facilities. The free internet is a major influence on why I chose this hotel.

The breakfast was disappointing. Marco does great food in the evening, but he needs to get up early and sort out the breakfast.

Expecting more sophistication from the restaurant. The Menu, Staff and general ambiance of the dining room was far too "ordinary' considering its connection to Marco Pierre White.
