comfy bed and good breakfast Firstly the receptionist gave us a key and key card which said room 43 so we head of to room 43 key would not work. My husband went back to reception and said the key will not work, she said with attitude because you are trying to get into the wrong room, husband came back to me got the card which said 43, she apologised and said it should say 53. So we go off to 53, on arrival the room looked great. Then when I went to use the mirrow at the dressing table the TV was in the way, there was no light and the corner was dark. Only one bed side table light. When having a bath you hit yourself getting in and out on the overhanging wall. In the bathroom the spare toilet roll was on the otherside of the room. Total disaster as rooms go. The receptionist should also be aware she has dandruff and a black jacket with white specks is not a good look for your hotel. A disappointing second visit but our last.

very quiet location for us, close to Camberley where we visited family. Good links for travelling around the area, went to London on the train. Would certainly visit again maybe in the summer/warmer weather so we can explore more of the surroundings. Few small issues with room - radiator in our bedroom was on permanantly, we did tell reception but nothing was done during our three nights stay. Bath handle was very loose, could have been a bigger problem for some. Was not able to connect to free wi-fi during our stay not a big problem but would have liked to use it if available.

The hotel room was not in a good state. The shower didn't work, there was limescale over the shower and the toilet, an electric socket was broken and light bulbs were out. I complained to the manager and received a very negative reply. All in all not good and we will not be going back.

The location of this hotel was great and close to the rivervale barn where I was attending a family wedding. Staff had no customer service and tried to charge me more than required. I was told I couldn't have late check out in which I argued with! Breakfast was disappointing.

Upgrade to suite was great, the room was huge! Food was lovely but service too ruched- we did two courses in under two hours. A more leisurely service would have been appreciated. The heating was inadequate, and non-existent in the bedroom area.

I liked that the price included breakfast, The price was not too bad Nice bar and friendly waiters Standard room need a coat of paint and the bathroom was dated The plug in the bath did not drain very well Towels smelt and there was lipstick mark on the bed cover The reception gave me a card to ring for a taxi company but seconds after rang a taxi for another couple in front of me The discount price when booking lots of rooms for a wedding, no discount

Restaurant was good I had to leave before breakfast on the day of my departure so I asked if they could prepare a snack for the car instead. They said yes, but then they forgot to prepare it.

Really pleasant country feel, cosy and friendly and a touch of the old fashioned country house feel with the reassurance of good service. For us it was a good location for London and the coast in a lovely environment.

Could not fault the service we had for our 3 day break at the Casa. As soon as we arrived we was greeted by the receptionist who instantly upgraded our room free of charge without request. The room was clean comfortable and very quiet. There was tea and coffe facilities and a iron complete with ironing board to the room. Breakfast was included in the price which was very nice and the service was very good. I read mixed reviews on this hotel but I could not fault the service we received. Thank you Casa staff for a lovely stay at the hotel.

Food / Dining was brilliant. The ambient temperature in the corridoors was excessively hot. Although wi-fi was published the room signal was intermittent and I eventually gave up using my laptop - some tweaks needed?!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and showed courtesy. My wife left an article of clothing behind, and once the hotel was contacted they posted it without fuss and were very cooperative. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, the radiators did not work and had to use the electric fire which left the air dry, Cleaning facility in the bathroom was missing, preventing the bath to be cleaned before another was taken. The plumming in the bath was very bad: the water took a long time to go down the plug, The restaurant became very noisey later on when a large dining party arrived and talking between ourselves became very difficult.
