Evening meal was very nice
Breakfast was not hot. Only warm. Nothing good about it
Staff were really helpful - excellent service. The bar manager and our waiter had a wicked sense of humour! The restaurant food was excellent and great value for money. Room was comfortable and quiet. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.
Couldn't fault anything.
The team at the Casa hotel are always extremely welcoming. I stay every Sunday and sometimes in the week - it is cosy, clean and the staff courteous. The prices are reasonable and The breakfast is great.
Some rooms are in need of modernising but the ones that have been renovated are great. All rooms have a high level of cleanliness however
The drinks we had at the bar prior to going out.
The rooms were very dated and taty. Breakfast was terrible, very disappointed due to it being Marco Pierre White's restuaurant.
Food was excellent and good value for money. Service couldn't be bettered
Room was really disappointing. This was a special treat for my partner's birthday and I booked the executive room expecting something a little special. It was drab and tired looking, No facility to eat if we had wanted to order room service and nothing to suggest it was any different to the standard room.
Convenient location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast
Restaurant prices, so I ate elsewhere
We stayed at La Casa because we had an early meeting in Camberley. The room rate was much less than Premier Inn and included a good buffet breakfast. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and thought the food and wine well priced. The portions were larger than we expected.
The heater in the room was noisy. The cocktails in the bar were not very good.
Convenient location, good breakfast
The hotel was a bit tatty and dated- the reception area and the bathroom in my bedroom could have done with a refurb. Room very hot
Comfy bed. Good breakfast.
Clearly recently painted as room smelt of paint. No lighting over or near dressing table.
Comfort of bed
Decor, still stuck in the 80's. Hotels have moved on but this one hasn't. Breakfast was very 80's too along with the staff. Staff didn't give impression they enjoyed working here. A very dated "throwback" hotel - amazed Marco Pierre White want's anything to do with this place. Artwork is dreadful too with bad cartoons everywhere.
Bedrooms were large, clean, well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Check in & out easy and staff efficient and friendly.
We booked a meal at the restaurant. Service was very slow. Although the food tasted nice not one of 10 meals was above lukewarm and one was sent back due to a dead fly in it. There was a very curt & not very sincere apology from the chef. Very disappointing experience
The environment was lovely. Quiet and nice.
They were not flexible on the check out time.
We attended a christening held at the Casa thats why we stayed there. The Christening went very well.
Confusion with our booking. They said they had no record of our booking and we ended up paying twice and having the recoup the mistake. Which involved contacting the credit card company and phoning the hotel, and then three days later they returned our call. Nuisance.
Good job I didn't take the cat
The hotel was both comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. I would gladly recommend the hotel to friends.
sadly we were staying with a wedding party who had no respect for others there were people running along the corridor knocking on doors shouting generally showing no respect for other guests this went on till after 3 o clock when we eventually got some sleep, breakfast was poor
Tired Decor Poor Phone & Wifi signals Over-priced restraurant
Very clean Quiet location Staff obliging on the whole
Pot of tea for two overpriced at £7, crockery that it was served in very shoddy. Cups were mugs and must have been 3m thick at least, practically impossible to pick up when tea in it! The white tea pot had a brown stained crack all around the spout, should have been taken out of use. Very limited tea/ coffee, two tea bags only for two people, no option for a cup in the evening and one the next morning as well, either or.
Bar man didn't stay behind bar. So when wanting a drink you can't find him
Nice serounding .
Needs a lot of work doing , would not stay again . Sorry
Clean room, good hot shower, staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was very nice
Poor WiFi, could do with a greater selection of Ales
Staff were fantastic Food and drink very good Upgraded because of weak wifi
Wifi reception was very poor Difference in quality of rooms was immeasurable
We were there for a wedding at Riverdale Barn and it was quite close to the venue. Not close enough to walk, but only a 5 min drive. The included buffet breakfast was very good, as was the bar in the evening and the outdoor patio area. Can't really fault it for the price.
location was excellent. was able to get a decent nights sleep. breakfast was excellent.
internet speed was slow
Nice Breakfast Well located Room nicely furnished
Upgraded to Exec room but this was tucked away in the far corner with the nice view of a fence 2 foot from the window. Has to sit and wait for breakfast although the room was half empty & it was a buffet - didnt mind too much but some water, juice or hot beverage being made available would have been nice whilst waiting.
