Caspian Hotel  

Location was excellent for the money. Staff and owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. Worked well for a family with small children. Tons of options for dining and entertainment because of location.

Bathrooms and showers need updating. Recommend getting clean towels daily. Coffee could be better. Wish there was a small fridge in the room.

Our stay at Caspian was pleasant despite very gold weather in London. We enjoyed warm room, which is not always guaranteed even in 5-star hotels in London. We appreciated the staff's genuine and friendly approach to their clients. Effort had been put into interior design and we really liked both our room and the breakfast hall. Finally, it is worth to explore also local shops and wide range of restaurants in Ealing.

The hotel was a bit aside from the city center but on the other hand tube connection is excellent and tube station close to hotel.

Very spacious room, nice high ceiling. Location of hotel within 5 minute walk of Ealing Broadway Underground station which is at the end of the Central Line. Regular trains into central London.

Shower was a bit on the small side. Breakfast only started at 08:00 am

Proximity to my daughter's residence. Relatively low cost.

Uncomfortable bed in a cramped position too close to a wall.. Wash basin only. The landlady offered no greeting or enquiry on my arrival, or when entering the wholly self-service breakfast room.next morning.

Friendly welcome, friendly atmosphere, free parking, cleanliness, great buffet breakfast.

Bulb on shaving mirror not working, bulb on bedside table lamp not working, no hot water or plug for sink in room, no milk for tea/coffee making.

The new refresh of the b&b is really well and the location is really fine for moving in London with The Tube station closed to.TB

Very good extended continental breakfast. Friendly staff who accomodated our late arrival. Clean room close to the tube (underground train) station and bus stop. Faced tree-lined square. Comfortable, large and attractive room, but no pictures on walls.

Shower head hold was broken. Room and bathroom were freshly, attractively painted - except for the bathroom door, which looked dirty.

The duvet felt nice. There was parking.

The room had not been hoovered. The finish in the room was not very good the carpet was not fitted to the room correctly. There was no water. I was woken by banging and barking at 6 in the morning. The cleaner was knocking to clean the room before we had checked out. There was a wire hazard where the tv ariel had not been fitted correctly. The shower room was very cold as it had the fire escape in it(im guessing not insulted very well). Live wires hanging out in the bathroom which is dangerous. Exposed wires also not put in correctly in the shower room again dangerous. when closed the shower door left a gap so water inevitably went all over the floor. where there wasent even a mat to try and prevent you slipping which did not make a good start to the day!!! And there was no cooked breakfast at a b and b. i would never go there again. And if i could id have a refund! I will not be recommending this b and b ever.!!!! thank you for reading.

Good location, easy to walk to everything, free parking, helpful staff.

The staff at the Caspian Hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. We felt at home right away. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the breakfast room and selection of food. Ideal for overnight in London at affordable rate. Excellent would recommend.

We found the staff very welcoming.There was a relaxed atmosphere allowing us to make use of the kitchen facilities as we wished. The breakfast was pleantiful and full of choice and the dining room clean and beautifully set with fresh growing herbs in pots on tables. It is in walking distances of the tube, good pubs and restuarants.

Cerca de metro y autobus y cuenta con todos los servicios que uno requiere, ya que con mi familia solo necesitamos un lugar limpio y agradable para dormir y tomar un baño ya que todo el día estamos fuera del hotel

Grande chambre pour une famille (4). Bonne ambience et personnel bien sympathique. Bon camp de base pour decouvrir Londres en utilisant le metro.

Le séjour était super, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner compris, la chambre faite au quotidien,thé,café et bouilloire dans la chambre, la situation (20 min du coeur de Londres), les hôtes d'une gentillesse absolue et le petit nombre de chambres (8). Baladez-vous sur la rue principale de Ealing Broadway (ce que nous n'avons pas fait !!!) Mon fils a pu jouer au foot au parc à côté) Stay was wonderful, warm welcome, breakfast included, room cleaning everyday,tea, coffee and boiler in the room, located 20 minutes from the center of London, the kindness of the hosts, not so many bedrooms (8). Have a walk in the main road of Ealing Broadway (what we didn't do !!!) My 11 yo son played football in the park next to the hotel.

Rien, nous sommes arrivés tard, ils étaient là. Well nothing, we arrived late, they were !!!!

Trevlig personal som var mycket serviceminded. Rena rum och fräsch toalett. Sköna sängar och helt ok frukost. Värt pengarna!

Het Caspian Hotel was voor ons gezin prima geschikt. Kamer is niet overdreven luxe, maar heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt, ontbijt is uitstekend en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Bovendien op loopafstand van metrostation Ealing Broadway, waarmee je zo in Londen centrum bent.

слышны звуки уличного движения. заснуть сложно. спасала вторая подушка, которой можно накрыть голову :) запах старого ковролина. P.S. приобретя через booking.com проживание в 4-х местном номере для семьи из 4-х человек, по приезду оказалось, что это только одноместное размещение в 4-х местном номере. раньше думал, что такое возможно только в фильме "мимино" :)))

Prettig hotel, west kant van London, aan het begin van de central (metro) line. Hou rekening met 30 min metrotijd naar het centrum. Vonden wij geen bezwaar. Fijne gemeleerde buurt. Zeer gastvrije staf, prima ontbijt. Kamer eenvoudig maar compleet. Goede bedden. Gratis parkeerplaats voor de auto. Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar!

Clean room no. 4, has its own bathroom, while other rooms share a bathroom on the floor. Easily accessible from Heathrow airport (only 18 minutes by train or 35 minutes by tube). Good connection to the city (2 tube lines). Quiet area.

Only one key from the room, dirty carpets in the hallway, very simple breakfast (no sausages or eggs), but ok. High price compared to the quality of the hotel (at least during the Olympic games). Coud have found cheaper and better hotels if waited until the last moments before the Games.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Besonders toll war auch die Lage des Hotels, denn es war nur 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn entfernt, mit der man dann innerhalb einer halben Stunde die Innenstadt erreicht. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt, ein kleines, aber feines Angebot. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, es wird auf jeden Gast persönlich eingegangen. Der kleine Garten mit Sitzbänken lädt am Abend zum Entspannen ein. Insgesamt ein sehr familiäres, kleineres Hotel.

Etwas störend ist, dass es nur eine Gemeinschaftsdusche und ein Gemeinschafts- wc gibt, was aber den baulichen Gegebenheiten zuzuschreiben ist. Da aber nur wenige Zimmer und damit nur wenige Mitbenutzer der Dusche und des WCs vorhanden waren, stellte das für uns kein Problem dar.

Die Eigentümer und das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war herausragend und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr gut.
