The bed is comfortable the staff welcome passionately and supply information that is helpful and give us some advice while we travel in London.
Its not ideal if you expect a 20 or 10 min from city. It takes us 40 min to travel with district/central line. The bnb/hotel did not provide a kitchen.
lovely ensuite room,friendly staff
Bit expensive , toilet sharing .
Location WiFi was great
Good clean no frills accommodation. Breakfast in family shop across green was excellent
During my stay, the staff are so lovely. Strategic location with affordable price. Only inutes walk to ealing broadway station
The location was very practical and the neighbourhood was calm. It was within walking distance to public transport including the direct tube for downtown as well as numerous buses. The room was clean overall.
We were in a family room with our sons, which was a little tight in space. The double bed was too small for two people and the springs in the mattresses were uncomfortable. The bathroom / shower cabin could do with a major renovation. The shower had only a trickly of water due to the crack in the heating system and the shower joints definitely needed replacing.
The hospitality could not be faulted. The breakfast was prepared and served in record time. A good friendly atmosphere.
Central location, on site parking and price. It is 300metres from Ealing Broadway Station. Close to shops and restaurants. I just needed a bed for the night so £65 compared to the premier inn t £112. Looks over the Green.
The location The staff The breakfast mostly
The bed was soooo hard I could not sleep. For a three star place it looked tatty and cheap. There was nothing to dry our hands in on the toilet. The shower was cheap and awful The decoration of the place was cheap, old and shoddy. It was not finished well. I had to go to their café on the other side of The Green to get my breakfast. Their carpets in the place looked old and dirty. Colourwise it was all wrong on the inside.
I loved the staff, I felt very comfortable the whole time. Everything is made as easy for you as they can and I had everything I needed for the short weekend I stayed.
The manager was nice and helpfull. Very close to Ealing Broadway.
Extremely noisy as it's right in the middle of a junction. With the windows closed it was too hot and with them open the noise was overwhelming. Beds were not comfortable. Shower drainage barely worked. Cracks on the walls and in the wooden flooring
Very good location - close to the Underground, in the middle in the quiet neighbourhood. Large room, very comfortable beds, hot water.
Friendly staff and value for money.
Having to go across the road for breakfast. Though La Baguette was nice
Its not hotel it is a b&b which does not provide breakfast on site and some rooms have to share a toilet and shower
great location and fairly quiet room
The fact that the walls weren't white!
Bathroom could do whith a spruce up.
I liked the hospitality from the owner he was funny and friendly. The room was comfortable.
Lack of instruction eg bathroom Location for breakfast- required walking distance.
Leaving! The only positive I can say is that the bed linen was crisp, clean, white which is always appreciated and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness rating should not be negative for the cleaner herself and she had clearly done her best with the poor conditions.
On arrival at around 2pm, after a six hour car journey the room was not ready. We had to wait until 3.50pm. The room was run down and poorly decorated. The en-suite was in poor repair. The shower cubical had clearly been repaired a number of times and the mastic seal looked like it had been applied by a three year old! The shower head itself was left hanging off as the bracket was broken and the whole cubical was covered in black mold. The, what I can only presume were complementary toiletries, were a tube of shower gel which looked like it had been left by the previous occupant and some hand soap left on the sink. The actual soap dispenser attached to the wall was empty. All accessories were loose and the bathroom smelt of damp. Wifi had to be paid for!
Cute nice hotel. Perfect for a family.
I was with my daughter, and we realny liked the hotel. The room was big and despite being old, very clean. The hotel was in great location, 5 minute walk along the beautiful park to the metro station, very close to big shopping mall, and many small fast foods and restaurants. The surroundings are very nice. The owner of the hotel is the nicest man! Very helpful! The wi-fi in the hotel is free. We would love to come bank there, next time we're in London.
The only disadvantage is that the toilette and the bathroom are outside the room, but it's not a big deal
it was clean and tidy
this is by no strech of the imagination a hotel.as advertised, and faclieities were very limited it is a good bed and breakfast.breakfast was served in a cafe 200yds away ftom the place dissapointing
