Yhe hotel is in the middle of everything,near the castle and only 10 minutes away from legoland The shower in our room didn´t work,that was very difficult and I told the stuff every day about that,but nobody fixed it |

Nice Breakfast, centrally located. The all night noise from a ventilator in the room. The credit card used for booking was debited instead the one given at the hotel. |

Clean room, friendly service staff, good location easy to find. Although a good choice of breakfast was on offer, we found that many of the dishes were empty and had to wait for them to be refilled. The mattress in the room was old and worn, and could have done with an upgrade. Although we knew about the car park charge from reading comments made about the hotel, it was not adequately advertised by the hotel until you were actually checking out. |

Location to the the main tourist attraction and shopping. A character feel in the main public areas of the hotel. The rate direct from the hotel was unnaceptable but online was okay through an agent. Some of the furnishings in the public areas and rooms are dated. |

Lego Land.... The staff and the lack of information you are given about the facilities. They told me i had breakfast included when i hadnt booked it. i then get up for breakfast to find out when i am leaving i have to pay...!!! not a happy man. |

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The stay was very comfortable, the room are in good conditions. It is great location if you are wanting to visit Windsor castle and the surrounding. The double bed was a small for 2 people, we changed the next morning for a room with 2 x single bed and it was much better choice. |

THe breakfast was quite good although ther food could have been hotter.The bar service was particularly good. When the attention of the staff was drawn to problems with the tv reception nothing was done about it and the response to questions about the cooling of the bedroom was not adequate. |

Great location The room was beautifully decorated but very small. Should have been a single, not a double. Can't believe that you have to pay to park in the hotels car park! Outrageous considering the room prices and the style of hotel. |
