The staff were very warm and welcoming. The hotel has been superbly refurbished and the rooms are very comfortable and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and all needs catered for. Within walking distance of the town and Castle and local eateries. Our thanks to Louise and Martin for a lovely stay! Nothing!

The room was beautiful - tasteful furnishings and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was amazing - every attention to detail was made throughout the whole hotel. The service we received on reception was excellent - we stay in 5 star hotels all over the world with our work and I neither of us have ever experienced such a warm and genuine welcome. In general, all of the staff couldn't have done enough for us. They were always smiling and ensuring we had everything we needed. It was a shame we were only there for one night visiting friends. We will definitely go back. The road by the hotel is a little noidy at night. It wouldn't put us off staying there again though.

Very friendly/helpful staff. Rooms were large and very comfortable with tea/coffee. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The milk in the room for tea and coffee was out of date since Feb 13.

Friendly, talkative staff. The centrality of the hotel - even though I was there on business, the centre of Warwick was only a short walk away with a mix of high street and boutique shops, cafes & restaurants. It was accessible and there was ample space in the car park while I was there - I appreciated them allowing me to leave my car there for a couple of hours after I had checked out.

The hotel has been tastefully refurbished. Big room, comfortable and very clean amenities. Excellent and friendly staff who go out of their way to assist. Walking distance to castle. Lovely breakfast. There was nothing to dislike it was a great stay

Great hotel with the best staff we have come across, nothing was ever to much and you get a real one on one service. They catered for our every need and really looked after us and our little girl. It is in a great location of warwick centre and only 5 minutes walk from the castle. A real find of a hotel! There are no negatives.

Old building really nicely converted into a small family run modern, clean hotel with parking facilities and within walking distance of town centre. . Small amount of (daytime only) traffic noise due to hotel being on corner of road junction (due to it being near town centre!)
