Friendly greeting on arrival, no restaurent at night, but small evening meal offered if ordered in advance. take-aways no problem as use of dining room is offered. Ask for anything ,it is no trouble .recommend anytime

The room was very clean and comfortable - with a little lounge area nearby. Very close to Castle where we were going to a concert. Handy for local shops and close to railway station.

The Hotel was on two busy roads but very quiet at night, clean, comfortable and easy access to where we were going that evening.

Parking was a squeeze, we were lucky with timing to get a spot after going around the block. But once in, you don't need to move until you leave Warwick.

Road noise & lights in room in room no 16 also inter connnecting door to another room could here everything they said. Minimal parking but we were ok.

Staff were very nice , friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely

The parking was insufficient and room 4 had a crack and damp area on ceiling above bed and 2 patches of loose plaster under window

Location was perfect - short walk to the castle, museums, centre of town and good selection of eating places. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Accommodation was clean and tidy.

Car parking was very limited, but as we explored the area on foot, we didn't use the car for the duration of our visit.

Easy to find. Close to Warwick Castle. Handy for local shops. Good breakfast. Very clean. Easy checkout. Manager very helpful. Would stay again without hesitation.

The staff was excellent. Great breakfast. For the money great value. Would stay again and would recommend the hotel. The only downside was that the hotel is located on a main street in the small town with a lot of traffic noise throughout the night however benefits of a great staff, good breakfast and value out way the downside of the noise.

Excellent hotel exceptionally clean and very helpful staff. Will certainly go back and can recommend the hotel as a great place to stay and vista Warwick Castle

Great welcome, really lovely decor - has been refurbished to a high standard. Feels cosy yet modern and fresh.

Car park is very small and it would'v been good to be aware of the access problems beforehand - I pulled into the car park and immediately realised it was both full, and that I couldn't turn around, meaning I had to reverse onto the main road. On the plus side, there was parking directly opposite available.

Room was nice. Shower was excellent and lovely big towels. Staff lovely especially as I was grumpy after bad journey.

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely welcome and good information. Room was lovely and clean, everything catered for. Would highly recommend and an example to all of excellent customer service.

Warwick not good if you like shopping, not alot in town.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Nice touches included iPod docking. Great location for exploring Warwick and surrounding area. Will come back soon.

Lighting in bathroom could be improved.

Absolutely everything. This is truly a marvellous hotel. We stayed in room 13 the family room, which has a separate room with a fold-out sofa bed. The main king bed is very comfortable. The staff were fabulous, and the breakfast superb. All in all this hotel is everything it claims to be and more and is great value.
