Not great for parking
Everything from the staff to the rooms, good location and lovely staff members
Friendliness of Staff. Steve is a great guy, dead down to earth!!
Price way too high!!
Staff are friendly and very helpful
Owner is really kind. she made me a toast and coffee when I got there. And bathroom is clean.
It is far from center and bed is really uncomfortable. Whenever I moved, It made sound. So I couldnt sleep well. Also it was cold in room.
Staff were extremely friendly, made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them.
spacious bathroom very nice staff
poor b&b very out of date and bad quality. In a terrible location which was unsafe. Very bad smell in corridors, scruffy old towels, 1 paper thin pillow. Would never go back even for free
room size, staff, location
Lovely place to stay staff all very friendly. Enjoyed it very much
Staff very friendly and helpful, room very clean, excellent for an overnight stay. Had family room with 4 single beds, very roomy very warm. Would use again.
Could have done with a small wardrobe somewhere in the room. Also hooks on back of bathroom doors and maybe a shelf or cabinet on the wall as there was no where really to put toiletries.
Nothing to be honest. The staff is really poor and the place is really far away from the city centre.
Everything to be honest. No private bathroom, the noise, and the staff. The location is also bad and the room is so small that there is no enough place to sit with anyone.
Location and cleanliness
Temp of room
The hotel went out the way to make sure out large group was catered for
Had no faults at all. You get what you paid for.
all of staffs r so kind and friendly also always tried to help us feeling like home
little bit far from city center but good to walk
Staff very friendly & helpful, unfortunately we had a group of lads below us that caused mayhem at 3.30am but a phone call to the night man who came over straight away to sort it ..room was clean not luxurious but adequate ...taxi around £6 into the centre
The area is a bit dodgy .. Don't try flagging a taxi outside if you get what I mean!
Cleanliness was good. Showers good
Beds uncomfortable Five days stay. Room cleaned twice
So clean and amazing staff, we really enjoyed our short stay here
The room is comfortable . And the owner is nice . Feel like you are at home .
I would like to thank castle lodge for there hospitaly. Great friendly staff.massive rooms.very good :-)
After a heavy night out in liverpool a good old english breakfast would of gone down a treat..
I stated at Castle Lodge for two weeks whilst I was relocating. I arrived in the first night at 11pm and the staff were very friendly and considerate. My room was clean and the showers were nice. I don't think you can find anywhere better for the price. Staying here saved me a fortune and was also good fun, the staff had a good family vibe and we're always willing to help.
Good and friendly atmosphere very helpfull
clean & tidy good breakfast
bathrooms top spec very clean bedrooms of good standard nice and quiet stay and local to all shops and city centre
no fry up but we knew this before we booked and again for the price and the breakfast that was available we couldnt complain
location is good, you can either walk to the city centre, or pay £5 for a taxi. Plenty of buses in Liverpool also, but I did not check them out.
The place can be noisy at night, there is traffic going past until very late. The floor boards on the second floor creak quite badly.
The staffs there were friendly and are always checking on you to see if you need any assistance. This is good as they are making sure that we have the best experience whist staying with them and not to have a stressful stay. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, met some of the people staying there and chatted and became friends. Shared toilets were cleaned everyday. Within walking distance to Anfield, or bus ride of about 7 minutes. Wonderful experience, definitely recommend to people.
Be careful of cars driving by at all times when at the roadside, people throwing things at passerby out of their cars.
