Comfortable room. Warm and clean. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Hotel says that Wi-Fi is available in rooms. It is NOT!! I tried for over 1 hour to connect. The signal is intermittent and I believe that the problem is either the server of Wi-Fi router. Cannot receive an IP address to connect. Very disappointing as this was one of my main reasons for booking the hotel. When trying to attract business people, it is essential that they can work from their rooms with a laptop. This I consider as basic.

Was the ideal place for my family to get together. Two sisters stayed the third lives locally. The bungalow we stayed in was ideal and I was happy with the accommodation. Felt the menu in the main restaurant was very good and value for money.but felt the mark up prices for supplements a bit excessive, eg ...the extra charge FOR A 6 OZ SIRLOIN STREAK.

Excellent range of bar and restaurant meals at extremely reasonable prices. Very good breakfasts, again with plenty of choice. Clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious accommodation with plenty of parking available close by. Staff very attentive and friendly. More than worth its 3-star rating. Nothing of any significance

The hotel/motel is right by the motorway, and less than half an hour from Glasgow airport, so convenient for arriving in the evening, or staying the night before departure. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, well equipped and surprisingly quiet for something so close to the motorway. Excellent fresh cooked breakfast, accommodating staff and very good value. The motorways and exits are not well marked, so if arriving at night, can be a challenge to ensure you take the right exit. Ensure you follow the directions closely.

Friendly efficient staff, really nice food, clean comfortable room. Surprisingly noise free room despite facing a main road. Room temperature control that worked. Will definitely stay again when next working in the area The bed felt like it had an uncomfortable crinkly plasic sheet on the matress

Our room looked like a little chalet on the outside and a little cottage inside. The power shower was phenonenal. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding, fresh , hot and the best cooked scottish breakfast ive ever tasted. Only 1 packet of biscuits on arrival so someone was left out (not me).
