To be able to chill out and relax in lovely surroundings. Steam room, swim and go into the Town. Food excellent and staff. When busy, the inconvenience of not being able to park up, but we did find room round the other side of the building to park. All 4 parking areas full. Good recommendation. |

Nice bedlinen, phenomenal shower, clean and comfortable with a good restaurant and good breakfast. Rather a "corporate" feel with motel-like rooms. The web photos had given us a rather different impression. |

We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and a comfortable evening in the lounge/bar, the buffet breakfast was also very nice and the restaurant staff were particularly pleasant. The beds were too small. |

Friendly efficient staff in all parts of the hotel. Couldn't do enough for us! Restaurant and Health Spa were great. Rooms could have been bigger, and maybe better sound proofed but didn't stop us having a great weekend! |

We liked the quietness and the comfortable beds.We liked the ambience of the hotel. We loved the landscaped gardens and space. We appreciate the fact that lots of guests were arriving for breakfast at a similar time on a Sunday morning but we felt that the breakfast service was a bit muddled. We had to wait for hot drinks and that spoilt our mealtime because we wanted drinks with the food.We prefer to help ourselves to hot drinks-surely that facility would have been useful? |

I was booked into one of the Executive Rooms which really made my business trip so much more pleasant. The restaurant facilities/ choice are excellent . There is space in the lounge to work and peace and quiet at night. I usually bring my own Soya Milk but this on the breakfast buffet and available for hot drinks would be more convenient. |

Very relaxing and excellent food in the restaurant. On arrival we had been allocated a room to the rear of the hotel, we had requested one at the front at the time of booking, when informed of this they changed it for us without hesitation. We were unable to have a meal in the restaurant on the 2nd night as they said it was full, it did not appear to be when we looked in. It would be better if we could book half board when making the reservation. |
