Very good. We liked the place. The staff were great. Breakfast good. It will be much better for this 60 year old when the lift is finally ready to go. |

I really like the position of the hotel, close to underground and buses, near the city center. Full English breakfast was excellent. Very small room, but ok. Our room was on the highest floor, so a bit tiring to climb up there, but I heard from the staff that a lift will be finished in 3 weeks. The main problem was no air conditioning - we had a room situated on the West side - sun shining there the whole afternoon, it was not possible to breathe in the room, there was like 50 degrees, very hot, and the air condition did not work. When I asked the reception, they simply said it is not working and it would not work. But we would not be able to stay in that room without any air condition - it was so small that you could not breathe there. Luckily the staff at least borrowed us a mechanic ventilator which saved our life. |

The location was great easy access to Paddington Tube, only a few minutes walk from Hyde park. Staff friendly. We had a refurbished room which although was small (very tiny shower room) was adequate for our length of stay. Hotel will be better once the reburbishment is complete. Lift and air condtioning was being installed. Breakfast could have been better small portion - on offer was juice, cereal, tea and coffeee. Cooked breakfast one sausage, one slice of bacon beans and egg, would nice to have choice ie tomatoes mushrooms, hash browns |

The room was very clean but small. It was adequate for a single night's stay in London. Air conditioning did not work and we were given two single beds instead of the double we had booked. |

Very convenient situation we were going to both Regent's Park and Kew Gardens and we could travel in both directions easily from this location. We would stay here again ( provided we were not on the 4th floor ! ) We were on the fourth floor and found the stairs quite a trial at the end of a long day, we would need to have a room on a lower floor if we were to stay here again. |

Friendly and helpful staff - I will continue to book this hotel when I visit london for business and/or leisure as I feel quite safe there due to the friendly nature of the staff team, and being close to Paddington Station is highly convenient too. Very good value for money. It was a shame that the restaurant was no longer open for evening meals but there were lots of good restaurants only a few metres away. |

Location is easy walk to London Paddington train/tube station or Hyde Park. Relatively inexpensive for central London. Breakfast was good. My room was being remodeled during stay. Wiring dangling from ceiling, incomplete bathroom with no towel racks. Room facing street was noisy and had bright light shining in window all night. When we arrived at 15:00 in afternoon, all external doors were locked. Doorbell ringing produced no response. Desk clerk came out after 10-15 minutes to unlock door. Not a good first impression. |

The staff was really nice, especially Amir at the reception, we became good friends. Even the people that lived in the hotel was nice. I was really happy about this hotel and I can defintley see myself coming back. The best thing about it was the location, its close to almost everything which is perfect. The only bad thing about this hotel was the bathroom and the stairs.I guess if you gonna stay for a couple of days there will be no problem. Other than that everything was great! |

Our room was newly refurbished (renovations at the hotel ongoing) and, therefore, very clean. It was very small but as we stayed only one night, that was OK. Although the beds (twin room) were smaller than we are used to, they were good to sleep in and the comforter (quilt) was nice. The bathroom was even smaller than the room, literally like in an airplane. In a way it was quite funny. A second towel per person (even a small one) would be great. The rest of what we have seen of the hotel (we were on 1st floor) is old and not so clean, but I think they are renovating more rooms and this cannot be done without dust and dirt. |

The hotel is just a short walk from Paddington Station with excellent bus and tube links to the whole of London. The room was clean and ideal for our 2 night stay with a comfortable bed, small en suite shower room, tea making facilities, TV and very little road noise. The full English breakfast was hot and wholesome and the staff, especially Mark, were very helpful. |
