The location just
The stuff is rode and did not respect people i do not know why!! When he told me go to do check out he call me and shout I will never comeback i this place ever
-It was comfortable -The breakfast was perfect -It is near to Hyde Park and Selfridges
-They did not answer to our booking comment before arriving -The wireless internet didn't work all the time
Very close to Paddington station and Heathrow express which was great. Easily accessible location. Was upgraded to a larger room which was good as I was there for almost a week. Great Italian close by which had a good selection of Gluten Free meals. Ask Italian!
Good to have own bathroom but it was tiny. Breakfast was average.
Friendly and helpful staff Window that opened slightly
Very small bedroom and bathroom
- location: 150 m to the tube and centre - size: prefer small, quiet hotels - fair English breakfast
free wifi was fast and good
the washroom in room was size of a porta potty. felt very unclean sleeping. the elevator was probably from the 1800s. in your room you are able to hear everyone else in the hotel so it's not secure. Maids were rude and inconciderate waking us up every morning we were there. would not stay there again.
Very Noisy room, sounded like train passing with a few yards
Good Location, Quick ride from Airport via Heathrow Express Great Breakfast is included, includes cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato, etc. Fast food, pubs, and restaurants are available nearby, some open until 11PM or so. Space to store luggage
Room is very basic and bathroom is very small but functional ~ imagine Japan. This is the kind of place to spend a night and be on your way.
The hotel was relatively cheap and in a good location. It was clean even if extremely cramped.
My room in the basement (admittedly a single) was only 8' by 6' including the shower and toilet! The washbasin was 8" by 6". The bed was soft and uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and from the street.
The hotel is very close to Hyde Park and a number of other attractions. There's Paddington underground station just around the corner, so it's very easy to move around. The room is clean and the staff is helpful.
The only window in the room was stuck and could not be open. There was some mold under it because of that...
The reception especially a guy named Talal was really helpful. The location is really near the Heathrow Express. Barely 300metres. Lots of eating choices just down the road. Can take a pleasant walk to Oxford Street crossing through Hyde Park.
Modular bathroom...really clean but extremely small. Rooms a bit too dimly lit
Good location in paddington. Easy to get around and really close to the underground line.
The smell was so terrible. It smelt like somebody had died in our room. The smell coming out of the drain pipe was nauseating.
Breakfast was satisfactory but we needed to ask for everything as wasn't replenished.Location ok, quite a few places to eat and drink and local shops on hand. Paddington station minutes away. We used the Big bus tours, hop on hop off open top bus, the stop was just up the road and we found this a great service.
room 205 had three single beds crammed into the room and a small table that held two cups and tea/coffee despite the room being for three guests??? Barely space to walk round the beds, three of us getting ready to go out had to done like military manouvres. No mirror in the room so no where to apply make up , do your hair. Not great when 18yr old dtr also wanting to use a mirror. En suite was similar to an airplane loo....very compact, very small wash basin with no sink plug and very small shower. Room had an odd odour was tired with torn curtains and chipped paintwork. A hairdryer was provided but was located outside of the ensuite with no mirror other than what was in the ensuite.Extractor fan in ensuite did not work so room steamed up and the one and only mirror was almost useless as a result as 3 of us used the shower in rotation. The floors above creaked so much, we were disturbed in the night thinking someone had entered our room! Not too mention the street noise.
The staff was excellent, and very accomadating for our needs. Very easy to find the hotel, just down the street from Paddington station.
Beds were not especially wide. The breakfast was quite limited. The room lacked surface where we could have stowed our stuff
Proximity to Paddington Station. Cleanliness of room and bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast OK.
Tiny bathroom - similar to a touring caravan so not suitable for the larger visitor.
This was our second stay at this hotel and I have to say it was excellent. I asked for a quiet room as my husband was having a small op whilst in London and we were given an excellent comfortable room. The staff were immediately asking if we were ok and if everything was to our liking. Breakfast again was exceptional. I will be booking again soon and highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing was not to like, room, food and staff were first class.
Family rooms are located in the basement, next to the noisy and smelly kitchen. It is below standard and it was not indicated in the room information before reservation. Be carefull.
- friendly front desk - good wifi, at least for communication - near to public facilities
- unfriendly staff in breakfast lounge
The bathroom is too small and tight
Location was strategic for trains and buses. Lots of restaurants nearby.
The room was dark. Bathroom a bit on the small side.
Bathroom was exceptionally small. Shower area horribly cramped. Leak from roof right above toilet. Tea/coffee facility on very small shelf. Beds very uncomfortable. Poor lighting. Furniture old & musty. Decor pathetic. Breakfast only upto 9am. Could not bear to stay more than one night.
Location, price, and the staff
Location 5min to Paddington, wifi ok.
Not many selection as English breakfast, no porridge, no mushroom.
Absolutely lovely staff, incredibly friendly and helpful, made the stay very enjoyable. My room was tiny, but a very good value for money and impeccably clean. Location is fantastic, literally a stone's throw from Paddington.
The Wifi was a bit spotty at times and the breakfast was quite basic.
