The room was clean Hotel appeared empty on arrival, front door locked! Not at all as shown in photos. No Bar or receptionist, had to book in at hotel next door. Heating went off at night and didnt come on again until 8.00 a.m., no extra bedding, very cold! No remote for tv. Extension socket lead for kettle etc, no on/off switch. No towel rail. Curtains didnt meet in middle & blinds broken so unable use. Chair arms grubby. Had to go to next door hotel for breakfast. Asked for mixed toast and was given half slice brown & half slice of white which arrived on top of husbands cooked breakfast!! Waitress was friendly but that the best I can say about our stay. Would not recommend this hotel and it is certainly not 3*. |

A cold shower - no water pressure despite asking for this to be fixed - this was not looked until the day I was leaving & also left my room door open. Poor attention to detail, cobwebs, gruby floor etc |

Staff were helpful and rooms were clean. secure on site and off road parking was a plus Showers were poor - seemed to be due to lack of water pressure - otherwise facilities in room were fine |

Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Everything was very efficient, especially breakfast when the hotel was full. Room was no frills, no fuss but clean and tidy. |

Room was very nice and staff were always helpful. The list of things I had to sign that I could not do - made me feel like a child. They said this was standard procedure however I have never experienced this while staying in Birmingham before. |

jacuzzi bathtub, friendly bar staff (especially the american one) the fact that we were moved out of our room to one that lacked a jaccuzi bathtub, nor anything that would provide aquatic bubbles of any sort, due to a leaky ceiling |

This hotel was nice, the stuff were very friendly and mostly i enjoyed the breakfast facility and not forget the price were acceptable.Another things which is the space for the car parking was very important and aloot of spac were there. I didn't like the size of the room and the size of the beds were very small and the style of corridors were like a maze i didn't like it. |

All of the staff and facilities were excellent and far better than we have experienced at much more expensive hotels. I am disabled and the hotel access and facilities were of a very standard. |

All the staff i et at the Cavalier House were most helpful. The room was fine but maybe the sound-proofing could be better. Could be a bit noisy. |

The location, the car parking , the shower were all good So, so tired and a distinct lack of love and attention to detail. Just so plain , needs some imagination and atmosphere |

The hotel was quiet even though it was close to the main road. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast included in the price of the room was very good with plenty of choice. |
