jacuzzi bathtub, friendly bar staff (especially the american one) the fact that we were moved out of our room to one that lacked a jaccuzi bathtub, nor anything that would provide aquatic bubbles of any sort, due to a leaky ceiling |

This hotel was nice, the stuff were very friendly and mostly i enjoyed the breakfast facility and not forget the price were acceptable.Another things which is the space for the car parking was very important and aloot of spac were there. I didn't like the size of the room and the size of the beds were very small and the style of corridors were like a maze i didn't like it. |

All of the staff and facilities were excellent and far better than we have experienced at much more expensive hotels. I am disabled and the hotel access and facilities were of a very standard. |

All the staff i et at the Cavalier House were most helpful. The room was fine but maybe the sound-proofing could be better. Could be a bit noisy. |

The location, the car parking , the shower were all good So, so tired and a distinct lack of love and attention to detail. Just so plain , needs some imagination and atmosphere |

The hotel was quiet even though it was close to the main road. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast included in the price of the room was very good with plenty of choice. |

First class hotel. Excellent food, staff, cleanliness and comfort. Good location within easy reach of Birmingham City, Excellent Hotel - really fab, can't say enough good about it. I don't think area would suit visitors on foot late in evening / night. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable with good facilities. When we arrived we realised that the hotel next door and the Cavalier had merged. So was disappointed when we arrived to stay in the same hotel as previous. Plus the room stated with a bathroom with a luxurous bath which this did not just a single shower. Even though the room was noce and big we requested to move and also it was on the front next to the busy main road. |
