Good location and the staff very friendly. and very attentive. Excellent breakfast freshly cooked As it was in the process of being renovated, the windows didnt fit and there was a terrible draft in our room. However they did their best to attend to this, given the circumstances.

Good value Bit of a musty smell all round, and it really does need to be refurbished in terms of decor and carpeting and fixtures & fittings.

la situation est bonne par rapport au centre ville de Worthing. Le parking attenant à l'hôtel et réservé aux clients est appréciable ( sinon le parking est payant sur la voie publique ou gratuite 400m plus loin). Le personnel est très serviable malgré un certain laissez-aller dans le rangement de leurs repas. Notre chambre manquait de chauffage ( une couverture supplémentaire était cependant disponible dans l'armoire) et d'isolation; La restauration de cette chambre serait à faire. L'autre chambre (nous avions 2 chambres de 2) avait été rénovée et était tout à fait correcte, salle d'eau comprise. le radiateur de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et n'a pas été réparé bien que nous l'ayons signalé.
