The room was a little too small. There was no table and no chair. While there was a door which could be opened there were no windows. The staff were reasonably helpful. |

the position near the British Library and the staff. I didn't like the room, that was too small...the double room as well.there was no fridge in the room, no air conditioned..and the room was near the street and I couldn't sleep because of the traffic..all the time.the breakfast was not good. |

the staff were very friendly and helpful, carrying my bag up stairs as there is no lift. No hairdryer in the room . They provided a fan as it was very hot, but it would have been nice to be able to open a window in such hot weather. A few cotton wool balls for ladies makeup would also be appreciated. |

Very convenient location, close to different tube lines, nice neighborhood My room was not very clean--it wasn't cleaned while I was there, nor was it particularly clean (unwashed floor, dirty curtains) to start with. The breakfast room was also too small for the hotel--not enough tables and the staff seemed overwhelmed. |

I liked the fact that the hotel is very centrally located; very close to Euston Station. First of all, I was very surprised that the hotel is advertised as 4 stars. I wouldn't give more than two stars. The facilities were very basic and avarage. The receptionists were not very welcoming or friendly. They weren't rude either but they looked like they couldn't care less about you. The room I stayed in was below ground level and very dark. I was staying just next to the breakfast room so it was quite noisy in the mornings. The furniture was old and breakfast was not very impressive either. Very average, and a bit too expensive for the services provided... |

Good value - everything worked as it should. It was hot and the hotel had supplied a large fan in the room, which was nice. |

Decent breakfast served from 7 am (even if indicated from 7.30 only) Room size is beyong small, it's a tiny corner, just enough to accomodate a single bed, with no chair, no window, no bedside lamp. WiFi (which is advertised as free) never worked in my room. A disgrace. I will not come back and do not recommend it |

Very good location. Friendly staff. Very good price-quality relation. I stayed in an economic cabin which I highly recommend for when you just need a bed to spend the night because you`ll be out sightseeing all day. The cabin was small but clean. Good breakfast. |
