Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was big and clean. Great location.
The room was too hot
location was great for shows etc. plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. breakfast was really nice and the staff were very attentive
would have been nice to have a bath in the room but we were fine with the shower
Staff, especially the girls in the dining hall and Mr Saleh at the front desk. Surprisingly good breakfast. It's freshly prepared as per your order. Good freshly pressed coffee. The beans, scrambled eggs and bacon are amongst the best on an clumsier of breakfast menu i have had. It's served by the sweetest girls who are attentive and efficient. Location Location Discrete Privacy Value for money Clean rooms Clean beds Clean toilets You can open the window
Run down needs refurbishing On the smaller side (but its London) No lifts TV was not working Poor to average internet speeds Below average water pressure in the showers (lots of hot water) Minimal toiletry No porters
Location, outside of hotel is lovely, rooms are nice and comfortable enough. Good value.
Thin walls- could hear neighbours conversations.
Excellent location. Sam on recption. I was given a quiet room I asked for. Fair sized room
Dated decor. Ironing board had no cover! (they use blankets but it doesnt work). Extremely poor water pressure. Poor lighting in room, especially in bathroom. Stoppy housekeeper (the older lady) when asked to keep their conversation level down outside room).
Nothing. The room facing the street is very noisy. Room is tiny and not clean. Breakfast was not served on time.
Excellent location for Bloomsbury.
Very loud at night as it's a on a busy road.
The location, clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff, a bit noisy with traffic but I did not have a problem with that.
Room was a bit small, but it's a budget hotel in the middle of London!
W arrived with some heavy suitcases. No help from the hotel to get them indoors. The room (at third floor) was located quite a walk from the reception, up to second floor, through several doors and then through one more door up to the 3rd floor. Very difficult to get there with suitcases. The room was dirty and lacked painting. The bathroom had a terrible smell. The shower only gave hot water, too hot to take a shower. The hotel had a 4* rating on Booking. I will rate this as only Bed & Breakfast or even worse than that. We decided to check out after 1 night, but had to pay for another night. All in all, a terrible experience. Avoid this hotel.
1. Convenient to Tube and Euston Train Station. 2. Checking out.
Do not let them put you in a room that faces Gower Street. Late night motorcycle races, sirens and late night partiers will likely disturb your sleep schedule. Shower extremely small with no soap tray. In room wi fi was virtually non existant. In room TV never worked despite promises of "technician will check on it". I don't think they really have a technician. Definitely not worth the fee paid nor worthy of a single star. I stayed three nights. Never again. My lesson has been learned.
Toilet and shower room a bit small
Good location , good value for money. Especially a staff was very friendly. Decent breakfast
can't complain anything!
I liked the breakfast. The staff were pleasant.
Very uncomfortable bed. My room stank of air freshener. Wall hair dryer didn't work - had to stand in reception with wet hair waiting for a handheld dryer.
My room is single room. There is a washroom in it and I can shower, but the room is very cold. I feel I sleep outside. The door and windows are not close. I feel really cold.
Loved the location and the bed was really comfortable. Great staff. Nice having breakfast included.
The room was tiny - but as a solo traveller it was nice and cosy. Lots of stairs to climb with a heavy bag - but very helpful staff.
Very efficient staff Easy short level walk to Oxford Street En suite bathroom in the very reasonable price we paid Breakfast included Option to leave luggage for the day after checking out in the morning
The en suite shower was small, would have been tight for a larger person.
Staff friendly and helpful
Stairs where very difficult, room was top of kitchen and we was woken up by the laughter and talking of the staff quite early in morning. Right out side window there was scaffolding with planks, there for did not feel safe leaving window open during night.
Staff Facilities Cleanliness Comfort Value for money
Convenience for Underground (Goodge Street) and central London. Cheerful and helpful staff.
No kettle but (oddly) a thermos flask half filled with cold water, mold on the bathroom ceiling, no drinking glass, the necessity of sitting sideways on the toilet to avoid the wash basin pedestal, no plug in the basin, no chair, insufficient sockets, small window with no air conditioning and street noise when windows were opened.
Location Bed comfortable and clean Breakfast nice Bottle of water in room lovely touch Staff friendly and receptionist so welcoming
Room walls could have been cleaner just a little scruffy but bed and bathroom really clean that is all that I needed
Nice, clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice and staff were very helpful and polite.
The room facilities where good.
The stairway to the breakfast room was a bit dodgy especially if you re unstable on your feet or on crutches. There was no signs to say it was a semi spiral staircase. OR beware of the stairs signs.
Convenience of location. Helpfulness of reception staff. Quiet
Lack of bedside light very annoying. Breakfast room appears to be too small to accommodate number of guests, causing a wait in the corridor
Bed is not a proper double and dips down on the edge and you fall out
