The breakfast service staff were friendly and helpful. The worst room I have ever stayed in.Tiny, boiling hot as. Water pipes in the wall. Previous guest's soap on floor in bathroom. Unclean toilet. Right next to reception so ringing phones kept disturbing. Very scruffy. Could clearly hear what other guests were up to! All in all, the worst night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel. |

We had a very nice breakfast included in the price of our room. Our hotel room was on the third floor (no lift). The room was very small and very, very hot. The window did not open. We stayed for six nights and the sheets were never changed. We had to request soap. When we arrived at the hotel at 9.30am after a long flight(12 hours), we asked if there was any chance of getting a cup of tea. As breakfast finished at 9 .30, we were told it wasn't possible. |

The breakfast and the room, however stayed in a cabin room and due to the size would not recommend more than 2 nights due to the size Yes I think for a 3+ - 4 star a duvet should be provided instead of just a bedsheet and a blanket! |

liked the location of the hotel near all the facilities we needed to get to. the two gentlemen we delt with on reception were very helpful at all times. helping us with directions and taxies. the hotel was in great need of modernisation. breakfast facilities were not very good had to wait for 25 minutes to get a table. staff did not acknowledge us after waiting such a long time, thought the most they could do is acknowledge that we were there and tell us how long we would have to wait. A smile would of made it not seem so bad i am sure! |

We had a lovely room, 301. The hotel has private gardens at the back so any of the rooms facing the back are really quiet. By far the most spacious room I have had in London. Breakfast was nice too. A bit more like a house than I had imagined but it had a nice feel. I don't think it's a 4*. It would be good if there was someone safer to store luggage when it is dropped off before check in time. |
