Good location, friendly staff

Having a room next to the elevators.

Loved that we were upgraded. Staff extremely friendly. Beautiful clean and well-equipped, comfortable room. Didn't use catering facilities as had other plans but will next time as menus looked very tempting. So central for our excursion needs and will recommend not only to friends and family who are visiting London but will be back in October for my birthday.

Apart from dodgey tv satellite signal, everything else was really good.

Everything, especially the professional service at reception and the restaurant was perfect.

Room A/C fan was powerful, therefore a little noisy.

Overall we had a great stay and he stayed with you previuosly. Hotel and staff are lovely. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Breakfast great value for money.

The noise from the street late at night. Regardless of which floor you stay on it seems to rise up from the street below.

It was my third stay at the Cavendish and, as usual, I found absolutely unique the location and convenience for both attraction and shopping. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly.Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is served in an elegant restaurant which overlooks Jermyn street...a dream! The food was excellent and waiters really helpful and kind. I recommmend it to couples, families...anybody, and am planning to go back again as soon as possible!

We have stayed there once or twice a year for a number of years It was obvious as soon as we parked and went to the reception that Things had changed Staff we not as sharp ,not the attention to detail We will probably try somewhere else next time. A shame!

Convenient for business

On the expensive side for the facilities

That it was central and therefore easy to get around the shops. Theatres and many museums were also nearby and within walking distance as was Buckingham Palace.

The location was perfect for a London visit. 5 minute walk from the underground, close to shopping, great restaurants and pubs and easy walk to sights. The staff were very helpful and informative about the area.

The room was a little cosy but beautiful.

Location Decor Reception staff

Staff in the upstairs lounge were very slow to take my afternoon tea order. By which time 17.30 passed and we were told the afternoon tea was finished. I saw two other families recieve tea after that, one was a full 30 minutes after. We complained and then were asked what tea we would like. We were by now late and turned it down. Hotel room was cramped Price was very high for overall standard and experience.

Very calm and quality atmosphere . High quality but in no way stuffy. We stayed in the executive with super king size bed. Room comfortable good size and well laid out with views accross london. We stayed on the ninth floor. Just off piccadilly so excellent location for access to sights shopping and theatres! Will stay again. Lounge bar was freindly with great service!

Being asked for a deposit on arrival. The room 706 is small and does not really justify its price.

Too much noice from the hall way

This is a very curties and friendly hotel the staff are extremly pleasent

Perfect location, excellent help from the concierge and check-in staff. Proximity to many highlights, and easy tube access from both Green Park and Piccadilly stations.

Charging 15 pounds for a day's internet access is an insult to a traveler willing to pay the expensive price of the hotel. If they have wireless internet in the building, then charge a little extra for the rooms, and do not whack a guest with a supplemental internet charge. The selection of TV channels was good--if you're British. A selection of the major continental channels would have been nice, especially German and French.

La ubicación.

Habitación demasiado pequeña e incómoda y sin frigobar. No se corresponde con un hotel 4 estrellas,El precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrece. Es la cuarta vez que voy a este hotel y noto una evidente desmejora respecto a cuando era propiedad de De Vere.

Le confort du lit, la situation de l'hotel.

Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour parler lentement à des français ne connaissant qu'imparfaitement la langue anglaise. Pas de Wi-fi sans payer

La disponibilidad del staff.

Que me hayan cargado el monto de la habitación a mi tarjeta de crédito cuando he puesto en requerimientos que pagaría solamente en efectivo.
