Very handy and within walking distance to lots of attractions. Very clean and quiet with excellent staff who were very helpful, courteous and friendly at all times. Our room had adjustable air conditioning which was very convenient also. I would definitely stay there agan and will be recommending it to my friends and colleagues. There was nothing about this hotel I did not like.

It was standard fare for a medium cost London Hotel paying for internet access. neither I nor any of the staff of Veraz will stay at the Cavendish again because of this mean-minded and petty behaviour. I was and still am outraged. When I spoke to staff about it I was told that it was company policy. Veraz now has a company policy never to stay at an hotel in this chain. AB COE Veraz

Perfect location, excellent help from the concierge and check-in staff. Proximity to many highlights, and easy tube access from both Green Park and Piccadilly stations. Charging 15 pounds for a day's internet access is an insult to a traveler willing to pay the expensive price of the hotel. If they have wireless internet in the building, then charge a little extra for the rooms, and do not whack a guest with a supplemental internet charge. The selection of TV channels was good--if you're British. A selection of the major continental channels would have been nice, especially German and French.

It is near to the tube so no taxis to provide you with hassle, good location for shopping and getting around london no food available in restaurant at lunch time on Saturday Desk light did not work in room

+ Located close to everything you may need as a tourist. Shopping, theatres, tourist sttractions, restaurant are just a few steps away + clean hotel and rooms with new furniture + friendly staff and helpful concierge service + good quality breakfast + wifi + free use of of iMacs in the business center - the rooms are very, very, very small for the price - sewage is no good. We've stayed in two rooms and water doesn't go away fast. The problem seems to be evident for the whole hotel - please someone clean the keyboards on the iMacs

Excellent location. Good facilities and friendly, efficient staff. The standard room was large enough for our short visit and was clean, comfortable and well equipped. If staying longer than a couple of nights we would upgrade to get a larger room. We were very pleased with our first visit.

We always stay at the Cavendish on our trips to London. We find the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. This time we were upgraded as it was my birthday and a birthday cake was placed in our room along with a card. They are very attentive to your requirements. We would not stay anywhere else.

An excellent locastion for theatre, shopping, visiting with friends. Very helpful staff with luggage, local area questions and fast reponse to equipment problems in room. Rooms were small but no more so thyan than other London hotels of similar standard.

My wife and myself really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were so friendly and we cannot fault anything , the location of the hotel is excellent, so central for everything, I was there on business which meant my wife could just walk to all the stores to shop. Also we went to one of the theatres to see a show, the hotel is in a prime location for all the theatres. I would definitely use your hotel again when I come back and also will highly recommend it to all my friends and business associates. Cannot fault anything with hotel, had a really enjoyable time whilst there.

We loved the panoramic view of London from our 12th floor room. We also were impressed by the bar staff who always remembered what we liked to drink. The food both in the evening and breakfast was exceptional. The location was perfect, especially for men who enjoy shopping and close enough to all the sights of London to walk in.

We booked two rooms and the Hotel had no record of the second room being booked, we had to produce the booking confirmation sheet on both check in and again on check out to prove that we had booked and paid for two rooms.
