The rooms were beautiful and the level of service from the staff was exceptional. The local knowledge shown by all staff was a great advantage to us.

The staff were excellent - really made me feel welcome even though just an overnight stay. I was upgraded so particularly pleased! Very comfortable room. Good breakfast. Will return to stay for leisure break with my wife at some point.

We had a free room upgrade on arrival as it was my husbands birthday which was really lovely. All the staff where so freindly, cooked breakfasts superb, and the leisure facilities an added bonus. A fantastic weekend would definately return.

Very very well looked after by the staff. Local to all the facilities of the city. Would highly recommend for that special occasion.

That I was unable to stay for another evening. The weather,but I think if the hotel could of done anything about it they would have.Ha

Perhaps the best hotel I have stayed at within the uk. I have stayed at a lot of other 5 star properties and this is up there with the best.

The parking is expensive but I can understand why given the location.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the pool and spa facilities were really relaxing.

When paying £230 for 1 nights accomodation plus breakfast plus £20 to park the car, as a minimum would expect the room to have heating/air conditioning.

Excellent - refined and yet friendly , best possible service without being intrusive . We had a large party for drinks and we took a picture before getting in to the taxi's and left a box behind by accident. We got to the restaurant and the hotel had phoned and a member of staff walked across town to bring it to us, without asking...just did it...and graciously. Wonderful refined but friendly atmosphere in the hotel...and we've stayed in many 5 stars.

Location, food was delicious, staff extremely polite, bedrooms very comfortable- bed was amazing! Very good stay, would highly recommend

The hot tub facility in the spa was out of order and nobody mentioned this or knew when it would be fixed. Also ordered room service which arrived 25 minutes later than arranged for (pre arranged 40 mins in advance)

The staff made are welcoming and made sure that there were no problems. We can't complement the hotel facilities and staff enough. We forgot a package in the room and the hotel arranged for it to be sent to our home address. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Lovely staff Asked for quiet room on a high floor got exactly what I wanted. The beds are so comfortable. Can not fault it!!!
