It's well placed for the city centre The main problem is the machine for checking in - a young lady was present but was unable to give me the key .... so I had to use the machine - which asks for reservation number, passeport number etc .... so you stand outside infront of the hotel juggling all your bits of paper - with nowhere to put them down ... while you rummage for your passport!!! The poor girl who works there just watches!! |

Very comfy beds! Apart from a phone call to ascertain car parking, there was no human being until breakfast the next morning. This was unfriendly and slightly disconcerting. |

Hotel was comfortable and always very clean and tidy.Clean towels each day and a plentiful supply of soap shampoo etc I had great problems with "automatic" registration machine. Although I has a booking, it did not recognise my name My booking number contained two lots of dots which meant it was not recognised and I could not gain access. I had to phone the number on the hotel door for help and someone soon appeared and the problem was sorted. It was extremely frustrating. Anyone who turned up without a correct booking number or did not have a mobile phone would be in trouble. I think anyone without a booking would be easily deterred and go somewhere else. I believe there will be someone in attendance at the hotel from now on and this I would thoroughly recommend |

The staff were very helpful after the initial hiccup with the reservation. The breakfast staff were very pleasant. The stairs were narrow and difficult to negotiate with a case. The bed wasn't very comfortable. |

La posizione non lontana dalla stazione dei treni e dal centro cittadino. L'atmosfera un po' noir (non abbiamo visto anima viva dal pomeriggio del nostro arrivo fino al mattino seguente) Le difficoltà legate al primo accesso in orari pomeridiani o notturni: serve un minimo di dimestichezza con la "tecnologia" per riuscire ad ottenere le chiavi della stanza non avendo un interlocutore umano. |
