Lovely quiet room. Superbly comfy bed, best nights sleep I've had in ages! Few minutes walk to local shops & bars.
The room smelled a little stale when we arrived, a little bit sickly sweet like cheap mens deodorant! Room temperature was a bit on the warm side & not adjustable. Slept with the window open.
Staff very good and friendly, appearance of hotel was good
Very noisy at night as people walking through pathway at back of hotel
Convenient for the Harrogate flower show
Location Friendly staff Excellent breakfast Comfortable rooms
We had 2 rooms and could only get wi fi in one ... didn't report to reception as it was only a one night stay
The Cedar Court was easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. There was ample car parking at the rear of the building with easy access to reception.
Insufficient towels and no spare pillows in the room. It was too hot because radiators were switched on in the corridor, and the lights in the car park lit up the room all night. The wardrobe wasn't long enough for a long evening dress and there wasn't a convenient place to put a suitcase. The dirty linen cupboard opposite our room was permanently open displaying soiled sheets etc. There were no designated disabled car parking spaces. We were unable to contact reception during the night when we tried to find out about the noise outside which kept us awake. Breakfast was inadequate and not replenished sufficiently.
The location, comfortable and spotless room, great breakfast. We didn't really do the trip justice as we were only in Harrogate to attend our grandson's Graduation. Would very much like to stay at the hotel again.
Well situated, reasonably priced (for Harrogate)
Sound proofing of rooms very poor for this class of hotel.
Everything vey good except
the extreme heat in the whole hotel.
Location, nice spacious room and bathroom. Amazing breakfast, so much choice. Speedy check in and check out.
Sticky bits and dirt on carpet. Had trouble controlling the tenperature of shower.
Proximity to Harrogate and stray
Extremely dated Lack of staff on check-out Poor customer service Very tired and tatty

excellent hotel with friendly staff
we had a very enjoyable stay. Hotel was good value for money considering it is in Harrogate. Very impressive from outside the grounds are lovely well maintained. Hotel very clean staff excellent, we only had breakfast which was very good plenty of choice. All in all a good find, if in Harrogate again we will return to Cedar Court.
Very helpful staff. Lovely room. Gardens very pretty.
location was ideal for the town centre - beautiful building and helpful staff
Location Free parking
Wall was too thin. I can hear next door talking and even yawning! Toilet had a problem flushing.
noisy.bathroom.fan permantly on.
Stayed for one night, glad we did! We had a room overlooking the car park. Bed very uncomfortable and the room was very hot. Managed to open a window, but then it was very noisy with what sounded like an air conditioning unit. Breakfast was okay, a good choice, however the coffee I had was cold. There were also a lot of flies swarming around in the dining room, which I found offputting. The hotel looked to me as if it needed a total refurbishment. Carpets were tatty and worn. Would not stay here again.
Had a great time in Harrogate and the hotel was quite central and great value for money :)
I was told at reception there would be a kids menu available at the bar but there was not this option.
The location is almost perfect if you want to be close but not in the town centre, plenty of parking, pleasant caring staff, nice bar and restaurant. Even when there are wedding functions on, our room, facing the stray, was always quiet.
Restaurant food, whilst good, is too expensive for the quality and the coffee is awful
The location was great. We had dinner and breakfast, both were excellent.
Very nice hotel, very good location, great for getting to town.
Early house keeping, 8am
Location, Breakfasts, staff
We arrived after 3pm but our room was not ready until 4pm.,The Duvet on the bed was very heavy and in the hotter nights was very uncomfortable. We asked if it could be changed but nothing happened.
good facilities and very amenable, for example storage of bicycle.
though the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice, some of the 'hot food' was cold on one occasion.
room upgrade location near centre of Harrogate
