Dinner in the brasserie was excellent. The hotel building was an excellent old style building that been gutted an a sole less drab interior installed. The hotel was over priced and they gouged you at every chance. I mean £15 for a poor quality breakfast. We had curry from the bar. It was from a jar and came with microwaved naan. All in all a very disappointing experience.

The hotel was very clean, reception staff were great and the location was perfect. The only thing I comment on was we were expecting a larger room and a much bigger bathroom as we did book the executive double room it was more like just a standard room but the room we had was clean so it served it's purpose for the night.

For a hotel which charges £105 a night just for the room I found the provision of toiletries very meagre indeed.

Room was excellent and breakfast has variety and freshness. Bathroom required servicing, loo roll holder detached, sink plug not working, otherwise very good.

Location of hotel, the grounds where lovely. The temperature on the upper floor levels was unbelievable. Our room was unbearable and affected our sleep. The noise from function guests until 3am on there way out of the hotel on the Friday did not help either, around 1am on the Saturday. Our room was above the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel was comfortable & relaxing & the location is great Staff were 'over zealous'! No sooner had you put an item of crockery or cutlery down than it was whisked away. They were plumping cushions in the lounge as soon as someone got up from their seat. It's nice that the hotel looks good but it made some of us feel as though we were in the way! I also didn't like the fact that we were charged a deliver charge for a morning paper deliver - I stay in a lot of hotels (including BW's & I've never known that happen before. It's a tiny thing but when a hotel isn't cheap things like that irritate me!

The staff are very friendly yet professional. Is great for secure and free parking, despite being in central Harrogate. Also handy for a stroll in the park opposite the hotel. The buffet breakfast is superb and the tables are spacious. The local sausages served with the buffet are simply the finest in the land and worthy of 3 michelin stars.

Reception staff were pleasant. I booked an executive room and this was not what I expected. Small and shabby. No inner locks on doors and sash windows which did not lock. Scaffolding in front of window. Cheap biscuits, no choice of teas and no shower cap. Dressing gowns and fruit do not make a room into executive class.

The Cedar Court is very covenient for our meeting venue. My colleague & I are also booked into the Cedar Court for three nights in July for the Yorkshire Show. The staff are very helpful - the Hotel is close to Show Ground and Harrogate centre with plenty of free Car parking space.

I had accidentally booked a twin room on line, when I arrived at the hotel, I explained this to the receptionist who changed the room for a double straight away - no problem at all. She also booked us a taxi on arrival for our onward journey as we were running late for a family get together. This was all done with no fuss and in a friendly welcoming manner - well done

Cedar Court is within walking distance of downtown Harrogate. It has an ample car park and an excellent view of the stray. Cedar Court is perhaps overdue for remodelling. There were too few electrical outlets in our room for our needs, the Internet connection cost more than we were willing to pay, and the room was uncomfortably cold during our stay.

We stayed at the Harrogate Cedar Court for a work Christmas party that was being held at Rudding Park just down the road. The hotel was really nice and clean and the reception staff were lovely and the price we got the room for on booking.com was amazing!! Room service came into our room 5 times before 9.30am - that was really annoying!

When we arrived at the hotel the booking I'd made through the internet was not on the hotel's computer. Luckily the lady on duty was able to give us another room although it cost me more than the internet booking. She was friendly and helpful.
