Sunday evening dinner was very well presented and well cooked, for 5 of us. but the sixth not. Sitting in the sunshine outside late afternoon. A tough steak at Sunday dinner. Breakfast was a bit chaotic needed more staff to fill up food dishes.

Rooms have been updated and are now much better appointed. Hot water is now quick to come through. Bathroom is well equipped, as is the rest of the space. Huge and very comfy bed. Good quality Freeview TV. Free WiFi is excellent Water pressure in shower still a little low - but still much improved!

Stayed here for a girly break, greeted by friendly staff , rooms where great with a huge bed and plasma on the wall . Quite spacious . Location is fine country pubs close by for food , star bucks and subway close by . Taxi to town costs around £7 , would 100% stay here again! The hair dryer was old in the bathroom ideal for men but not us women with long hair. But luckily brought my own they may have more in reception but not sure!? The hall ways are a little dates could do with a bit of freshening up , but that is all.

The staff were very helpful; the rooms and facilities were spacious and clean. Although there was plenty of choice for breakfast what should have been hot was, in fact tepid and the bacon was cold.

the swimming pool and sauna and steam room kids running up and down the corridoor knocking on my door and running off. The breakfast was awful and there was lots of tables with pots on that weren't cleaned away and other people staying had to wait for a table to be cleared before they could eat. Breakfast food wasn't up to much with the eggs barely cooked.

Accessible and plentiful car parking. The door access card got stuck in the electricity reader so had to sit in dark for 10 minutes whilst the duty manager attended. Had to report fault in person as reception didn't answer the telephone. Toiliet didn't flush effectively Water temperature in shower barely reached lukewarm.
