The relaxing atmosphere in the reception area and the friendliness of the staff. It's a busy area but always feels relaxing. The room service was very slow and when the food did arrive it was only just warm. It took one and half hours from ordering to delivery. |

Comfortable room with desk for working. Restaurant was very nice if a bit slow. Could do with a make-over. Restaurant service was not particularly good, although the food was excellent. |

that they take dogs. I asked for an upgrade and was promised this on our arrival. However my husband later went to the room and it was just a standard room. |

I was up on business and needed somewhere clean, decent, comfortable - Cedar Court was all these things. I only spent one night there just to lay my head and it answered admirably. I cannot give a more broad based review as I was there for so short a time. |

Clean comfortable rooms. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Items left in corridor (ironing board and iron) throughout stay. Loose bathside in bathroom (rm118). Use better sausages and beans at breakfast for preference and add black pudding. |

The location was very convenient as it was easily accessible to the motorway. The staff were polite and helpful. The walls are very thin. This is the reason I ticked 'fair' for value for money. We had difficulty sleeping as the people in the rooms on either side were quite...noisy. Our mattress wasn't very comfortable. We both woke up with back aches. |

Paying by maestro/switch meant i was unable to use room service or the bar at night as i was unable to charge to my room..would like to have been advised of this when i booked using switch.....i would also have appreciated the room being made in my name x not my partners as i was the person paying the bill, and who had booked it. |
