The spa facilities are great, really relaxing and great value for money. The room was clean and fair for the money. Its a 3 star so don't expect a 4 star and you won't be disappointed, after all its an old Mansion House. The grounds are stunning, the out door pool would have been great but its was raining ! We would go back for a long weekend for sure. No not really, just remember its a 3 star and you'll be fine, its clean and nice and good value, so in these current times is worth knowing. |

The beautiful grounds, the food, the room The bathroom needed replacing. Couldn't stand under the shower as head too loose to hold position. All bathroom old & scruffy with unhygienic carpet. Also the pool area needed modernising |

location, surroundings and setting conscientious staff but poorly trained - very young and inexperienced, arrangements of working stations for staff in the spa intruded upon guests (eg trying to relax in a designated quiet area where member of staff is arguing with someone on the phone about a reservation for treatment) furniture in bedrooms tired and badly marked with water stains, one bedside lamp in twin room - using bathroom in... |

Facilities e.g. pool etc were nice. Breakfast was good. Some of the staff were friendly. Room was noisy even though I had asked for a quiet room- the walls are too thin between rooms. Bathrobes required to use the facilities were not included in the price and did not think that they would not be inclusive. |
