The staff worked hard and were very polite and frienly.

The first 24hrs we had no lock on our door.This was not rectified until 6pm on the second day.

The food and service in the restaurant was very good. I also liked the Queen bed.

The room was very tired and quite dusty in areas could of done with being decorated. Also being on the ground floor I could hear the people above me, the floor creaked continuously and I found it hard to sleep.

the noise from the water pipes every time the guests above us flushed the toilet was terrible complained and got half my room fee back .... had to wait 45 mins to be served in resturant

The inclusion of fridge to cater for guests who are on extended travels would be good. When a porperty says WiFi availible, then this shold accessable within the rooms as well.

Clean, comfortable, modern feel to bedrooms. Very good value for money with special offer of £50. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of choice. Good value 2 course dinner. I liked the fact that it was set in it's own grounds and felt quite grand.

Room 35 was very dark and dingy. This was an upgraded room but not worthy of a 4 star hotel. Basically no toileteries or shower cap. Poor lighting, no outlook from room with small windows.

The area outside our room was great for children to run around without any car worries , was right next to the play park and was friendly towards children.

I didnt like the fact that I ordered a room with a soaf bed so the kids could sleep together and got a double a single and a folded up cmap bed which we had to get a quilt for I would have liked this to have been ready for us.

Everything - comfortable, well-appointed chalet room with lots of space, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful conservatory dining area and excellent food.

The long drive to get there from Worksop :-)
