Is very clean and crisp inside which was surprising due tot he sheer size of it. The buffet evening meal was a truely dreadful and not worth anything near the £32 per head they charged. Service was poor, 2 glasses were broken when dropped into the legs of one of our party. Drinks order was very slow. Food on the buffett was finished, running out and a very strange mix from onion baaji, chicken drumsticks, and beet root smoked salmon. Condiments were empty and the staff complained when asked to refill. Pudding section just as disappointing.... No cheese, and no sponge were there should have been some. Overall a very bad axperiance in the restaurant and I would not choose to eat there if I was to return to the hotel.

It was just such a relaxing atmosphere - even with two boisterous young biys, we we still made to feel special and the pirates adventure suited them to a tee! It gave us two wonderful hours to relax, hit the gym and jacuzzi - bliss!

It was a lovely experience ,the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble .My wife had a spa treatment which she thought was very calming ,and we dined in Rafters Restaurant which was lovely and the shuttle buses were running every five minutes which was an excellent idea .And I was quite surprised how cheap it was ,£ 4-50 for a pint of lager in a five star hotel is amazing !All in all superb hotel and I will be returning very soon to stay a bit longer .10 out of 10

We were made to feel welcome from the time we arrived at the front door until the moment we packed our car and left. The golfing facilities were first rate and we enjoyed the multiple eating experiences, ranging from buffet breakfasting to gourmet wining and dining. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and all the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. We felt we were staying in a luxury venue but never uncomfortable because of the relaxed attitude of staff and the relative informality of the hotel and clubhouses. We stayed at a time that overlapped with Easter weekend and did not necessarily have ideal dining times available to us as it was obviously very busy.

The staff were friendly and informative, the room was well equipped and clean. Found the tv slow to operate and difficult to navigate channels without starting the whole process over again. One of the lifts appeared to be out of order and as the hotel was full, there was a long wait to get from lobby to Room, 8th floor and vice versa

enjoyed my 60th with family and it had everything , spa, for the ladies pool and playground and fun golf etc for children and golf for me and my sons, and lovely restaurants. very slow checking in, but great once in especialyy sorting the car, luggage took a while to come to our room.

The hotel was fantastic so big plenty of restaurants and a lovely walk and views of the golf course The check in and check out,arrived with reservation only to find we were not booked in 25 minutes later we were checked in and shown where our room was,then on checkout we were charged £50 over for dinner when it was included in our bed breakfast and dinner package,when we told them they said they would have to check and refund us in a couple of days.
