Superb staff - everyone was friendly hotel is immaculate - very helpful and made the whole weekend very special - will definately be going back Stayed in many hotels in UK and abroad and the service we received here outshone anywhere else we have stayed. Loved loved loved every minute. |

it was easy to find, in a good location, looks nice from the outside as it is on the inside, room was nice and clean bed was great sleeped really well. than a nice swim in the pool and all the nice things that you could have done if i had the time. i hope to come back for my birthday in september for all the things i was not able to do. |

Brilliant hotel, staff very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Food is great. Lots of little touches make this a very special place to stay. Spa facilities are lovely. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel. |

We enjoyed the family rooms at the Celtic Manor, as they can be so hard to find in Europe. The breakfast that was included was wonderful and the indoor pools, sauna, spa, etc were all a welcome treat in the February cold. Nice resort for a family. Although the resort was nice, I would not rate it as a 5 star hotel--more like a 4. The service was okay, but not spectacular. |

Room very plesent and clean, reception very effecient. Lack of staff/or anyone giving info at back of hotel after fire alarm went off. A lot of people stood around in the cold in night wear! |

Room was upgraded to a suite FOC and the room was fantastic, 2 meals and breakfast all very nice, checked in 3 hours before the given time, friendly staff. Food and drink was as quite expensive, since leaving the hotel they've charged me £15 for champagne from the mini bar which i didn't have - waiting for this to be resolved. |

The evening meal at Rafters was excellent - the food and wine were both superb quality and the service was extremely good. We found the room to be comfortable with a good view. The staff had no record of the booking initially. When we showed them the confirmation there was no apology given. This was not the best start. |
