Staff very acomodating although they did not have information about the area and could not help with busses etc. Room was very warm and a mobile radiator was in the room for extra heat which was not needed. Windows opened to cool room. Lots of drawers etc Too many steps for less ambulant guests- even ground floor rooms had 2 steps down then 2 steps up and the room had a step within from the ensuite to the bed area.

The room was clean and warm. Breakfast was nice and it is located just opposite King's Cross station, which makes it very convenient for visiting the city. The carpets were too old and the metro could be heard from the room we were given in the basement. We were three adults and that was the only triple room left.

Efficient, friendly reception. Hassle free. Reasonable breakfast and accommodation for overall price paid. Handy for a short stay. Rooms are basic, clean and the bathroom is a little small. You can occasionally hear the rumble of tube trains - not a big problem though. Can't complain for the money. It met the budget!

1. Excelent location - quiet street, nearest underground cross station connecting 6 direct lines, nearest eatings sites, near bus stops. 2. Nice service for city trip. 3. Full english breakfast. 1. No safe. 2. No bag safe room.

Nothing special but completely ok in general. Too small, we had big problems with our baby buggy, difficult to take up by the stairs, and almost no place in the room.

The hotel room was spotlessly clean and hygienic. It had all of the basic facilities required, albeit a little cramped particularly the shower ant toilet area. For a weekend it satisfied all of our needs.

The staff was very helpful - assisting with my heavy luggage up the stairs; making arrangement possible where I could stay in an ensuite room upon request. Excellent location and availability of free wifi. Will definitely be one of my choices when I come by again.

Convenient for the major rail stations. Economical. Good breakfast - full English and continental. Breakfast staff very attentive. I`d book here again. I asked for a room at back of building away from traffic but was given a front of street room in the Fairway Hotel across the road. As it turned out traffic noise was minimal, so it was ok.

Very close to St Pancras station and lots of eateries. Quick service for breakfast when we got a table. Room was clean but very basic. Dragging luggage up very narrow stairs. Wondering how we would ever get out in the event of a fire and then having a fire alarm go off just as we were under the shower. It proved to be faulty but was a seriously worrying experience thereafter.

Rather shabby. Location good but access poor.ie. Narrow stairway with heavy bags. W.c and shower old and decrepit. (My son, 45yrs old) refused to shower !!!!!!!!!!!!
