Flot rengøring hver dag. Stort morgenmadsudvalg (Continental). Perfekt beliggenhed for Victoria Station. Lydisolerende vinduer ud mod Belgrave Road, da der ligger et busstoppested og et trafiklys lige uden for hotellet, så man bliver vækket meget tidligt om morgenen, hvis man ikke sover rigtig tungt. Eller som jeg endte med at købe ørepropper... |

Vi fik et kælderværelse ud til off. vej med busstoppested lige udenfor. Det gav en del støj, da vindue var enkeltglas og særdeles utæt.Det bedste var den korte afstand til Victoria Station Skift vindue og evt. tætne toilet ved gulv.. |

Fint, bynært hotel beliggende i gå aftsand til Victoria Station og med bus 24 til Trafalger Sq. lige uden for døren. Morgenmad er ok. Personalet meget hjælpsomme Der skulle kunne købes en øl på hotellet. |

Extremely central with Victoria Station only 7 minutes away by walk. I asked for an iron and this was not available. Considering I was there for business, ironing shirts and suits is a norm! |

I was in a dark basement room, the power went off in the basement rooms and had to go to reception to inform them. The hotel was ok but the decor was dated and old. |

location is good can go by foot all aroud city center from the hotel poor beakfast and tiny rooms but it is small prob if want just sleep and visit city |

I was in London for conference in other hotel and need one more night to stay in London. When I came to hotel receptionist show me very small room, wc outside the room. Then I read my confirmation that I have ensute and 1/2 price not bad condition room. I came to reception to complain about the situation. They change room to ensute. |

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location as it is very close to victoria station. |

I like its location the most because it is within the walking distance to the Victoria Station.. Too many things to complain but not enough space here. First, the room did not match their description. Booked a family room with at least two double beds but received only one bed and the other is simply an uncomfortable pullout sofa. Free WIFI is supposed to be in all rooms (the main reason for me to select this hotel) and actually it is only in the lobby. They charged all five nights at the time of check-in, making us difficult to change hotel though hotels are full of the neighbourhood. In the five nights we stayed, no television controls for two nights and insufficient shampoo for two nights. The attitude of hotel manager is the worst I ever experienced when we complained. There is also a safety concerns in the room we stayed in the 1s |

location was excellent and very handy for a shopping trip and to see a show. room was clean and tidy, a bit on the small side but all in all a very satisfactory hotel. would stay there again. more choice at breakfast would be nice |

I am unable to find anything that I can say in favour of this hotel other than it was in a fairly good location. There was absolutely nothing about the hotel that I can compliment them for. If this hotel is typical for tourists to the UK, it will provide a poor impression of London hotels. |
