Proximity to Victoria Tube and Coach Station (7 minutes walking), Buckingham Palace (15 minutes) and River Thames (15 minutes). Good area and safe surroundings. Room size. |

I am unable to find anything that I can say in favour of this hotel other than it was in a fairly good location. There was absolutely nothing about the hotel that I can compliment them for. If this hotel is typical for tourists to the UK, it will provide a poor impression of London hotels. |

The fact that it was close to the chelsea flower show I felt that this was falsley advertised as a hotel - its a town house and the decor quite dated - myself and my husband were put into a room which is only suitable for one person - when we asked to be moved we were moved into a slightly bigger room quite grudgingly - we wont be recommending this b&b to anybody unfortunately |

The best feature is its location. The breakfast was fine. The room was much too small for the amount that was charged. It was only marginally bigger than the compartment type room we used in the Yotel at Gatwick at about half the cost. |

The room was clean and tidy and was spacious enough for two people. The reception area was nice with comfy sofa's and a big tv to watch. The location was good for where we wanted to go - close to the theatre and tube station etc. The price was pretty good for a London hotel. The downside was the bathroom as it was very very small and the room I stayed in was right next to the luggage room and lift so you could hear people going back and forth to the luggage room and up and down in the lift etc. The breakfast was not great either - although it was only continental, the standard could have been higher. |

the hotel is in a central location at a reasonable price and the room wasclean and comfortable The night bell did not seem to work or night staff did not answer quickly (despite being visible through a window) so we had to knock heavily on the door to get in. Also, on a bank holiday morning the cleaners were extremely noisy with a vacuum cleaner immediately outside our room even though the do not disturb sign was placed on the door |

The location was 2 minutes walk from Victoria Station and Underground The reception staff were quite to say the least...we did not feel welcomed at all! There were school children (local) having breakfast with the hotel guests....we would have not cared but the lack of control and foul language along with the volume it was all to much. |

It was in the vicinity of Victoria Station--nuch farther than I believed it to be. The breakfast included in the price was good. It was unbelievable what we had to go through to get to our rooms. We were put in the room furthest away and on the top floor for a family of 4. Granted we have older children but the hallways and stairs were very narrow and the doorways were low cut and narrow. Getting to our room, the hallways actually smelled odd as well. We had to go up/down and in/out to get to our room. |

free wireless internet connection it looks like in London hotel stars have a different meaning than in the rest of the world. Carpets, fittings, shower cabin are all old and typically they cover the musty smell with air freshener. I picked this hotel for location and rate. |

+location is very convinient, only 5 minutes walking from Victoria Station; room is quite fresh and redecorated; good 3 starts hotel - there is no space in the room, triple room is tiny and modest; there is only few sticks of furniture in the room |
