Central House Hotel-Victoria

Alue oli rauhallinen, lähellä oli aamiais- ja ruokapaikkoja.

Huone oli uskomattoman ahdas kahdelle aikuiselle. Tavaroille kuten matkalaukulle, kengille ja kylpyhuonetarvikkeille ei ollut tilaa, päällysvaatteille vain hädin tuskin.

kosteusvaurio: kokolattiamatto yhdestä nurkasta läpimärkä ja lattia "pehmeä" lisäksi voimakas homeen haju, safety box ei toiminut

Hyvä sijainti, muutaman korttelin päässä Victorian bussi, juna ja metroasemista.

Pienet huoneet voivat pelottaa joitakin. Hotellihuoneen seinän takana oli jokin pumppu joka piti kovaa ääntä. Ei äänieristystä huoneissa.

Location - not far from Victoria Station

Please be aware that the hotel room bears little resemblance to the photos shown on the internet - rooms are in very poor condition. Smell of stale smoke, no sufficient heating, ripped duvet cover, dirty and badly stained floor, dirty walls with holes, broken sink, broken lights, dirty bed-side table (cup stains), cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the most horrific part: the discovery of 2 cockroaches in the bathroom! Absolutely disgusting! I would never stay in this hotel again, and can not recommend it to anyone.

Bathroom very poor design, I am a small person and barely fitted into shower, which also flooded . Rooms very small.

I was woken up at 5 in the morning by someone coming in my locked room.

it made a good central point for all the sights and trains!

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location as it is very close to victoria station.

I like its location the most because it is within the walking distance to the Victoria Station..

Too many things to complain but not enough space here. First, the room did not match their description. Booked a family room with at least two double beds but received only one bed and the other is simply an uncomfortable pullout sofa. Free WIFI is supposed to be in all rooms (the main reason for me to select this hotel) and actually it is only in the lobby. They charged all five nights at the time of check-in, making us difficult to change hotel though hotels are full of the neighbourhood. In the five nights we stayed, no television controls for two nights and insufficient shampoo for two nights. The attitude of hotel manager is the worst I ever experienced when we complained. There is also a safety concerns in the room we stayed in the 1s
