Nice, small, quite room. Excellent location --- just 10 mins walk from Victoria station. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the lady at reception was good. I had just one night stay so can't comment too much about the facilities, however whatever was there in the room including room and bathroom size (double bed room) was enough for ONE person only unless you are too fussy. One would find the room size and bathroom too small for two.
If you don't like dungeons and you are a smoker, you would probably won't want to take room numbers 54, 55 and 56. A labyrinth awaits you to reach to your destiny. It's not a drawback of the hotel but a word of caution.
Good location for the theatres,, comfortable warm room, reasona ble price, and good continental breakfast.
Good budget hotel. staff very helpful and friendly room clean ,warm and good tea making facilities Plenty of bars and resteraunts nearby
Breakfast a little basic and breakfast room a little on the small side
The staff members were helpful and friendly indeed. Although we spent only one night, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. As a matter of fact, if I need to go to London again I strongly believe that this hotel would be one of my first choices in terms of the location, great continental breakfast, wifi and obviously friendly staff.
I did not like the toilets due to the fact that the shower shares the same space as the WC, thus, a small puddle may be found after you have a shower. However, it was OK and I would like to recommend this hotel in overall.
Cleanliness . friendliness of staff. Excellent location.
Near Victoria Station but there were lots of other hotels nearer which could have been better. Girl on reception particularly pleasant and helpful. comfortable beds and overall good level of cleanliness.
Very small room. A few issues in room. Lift not working morning we left. I think we could have found a hotel offering better value for money.
Friendly staff and easy self service breakfast.
Room only suitable for a short stay and pillows too hard for a good nights sleep.
Location to Victoria Station
Rooms very small
the hotel was in a quite location, and the breakfast , while not brilliant was fair. and the room was clean.
the room was a lot smaller than i thought it would be, as was the bathroom, but as we were only sleeping there , it was very good for the price
Location was fine, near to Victoria Station and with several pubs and restaurants nearby.
It was the smallest room i have ever been in
Staff great ideal location
Nothing no to like very enjoyable
Breakfast area was clean and the food was good The location was very good also
The room was in a quiet area of the hotel but stank of stale water which spoiled our experience in the hotel
Location and value for money
Only the location.
The room was too small for one person, imagine for a couple! The bathroom was comfortable like standing in the London underground at rush hour. I tought that I was on a candid camera when I get in the room( especially for the price that I paid) but it was the true beginning of a nightmare! Highly not recommanded!
Breakfast Heating in room TV
The view The room was very small and not much room in the bathroom. The noise from other travellers and alarms going off. The draught in the room - inch gap in the door which I had to block with a towel and windows
Very helpful and pleasant staff, accomodation just right for our needs, Well within walking distance of the place of work and local eating places and shops. Very clean.
Shower room a bit small for my big husband. But quite adequate for our needs and for the price!
Close to where we wanted to be, Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and Wicked. Also could walk to a lot of places of interest.
The bathroom, very small and the shower was a bit awkward to use.
In general clean hotel and friendly staff.Nice and quiet hotel
So called wet room for ensuite. It was smaller than the one we had in economy class on a cross channel ferry we were on recently. Not nice getting your feet wet when needing the toilet until the floor dries.Plus a pretty goog chance of slipping. No real ventilation in room hence a lot of mildew around window.Double bed pushed up against wall so both of us had to get in the same side.Just don't have a late night drink incase you may need to try and get up in the night for the bathroom. No draws in room only open single wardrobe to store clothing.Room 208
The breakfast really saved this hotel.
I had a twin room on the 1st floor which was a far inferior quality to the triple my son had on 2nd floor. The wi fi was poor, the room cramped, the bed shot and the ensuite wet room extremely smelly. I spent a lot of time deliberating which hotel to stay in and I was terribly disappointed with my choice.
Member of staff on the check in desk was very helpful.
I was on the basement floor so was noisy from the street.
Breakfast was lovely. Hotel was clean and tidy.
Price for a single person was too much.
The ceanery was Good
The room was to small for 3 people dump in walls and beds were damp our clothes were wet and window wld not closed and the step we had to climb to get to the toilet.
