goed bereikbaar, rustige buurt, aardig personeel, schoon,genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt,prima thuisbasis voor een stedentrip wij moesten betalen voor het gebruik van de safe terwijl dat nergens was vermeld! kamers waren wel erg klein. ontbijt heel sumier. |

Afgesloten kamer om de koffers tijdelijk op te bergen (laatste dag bij uitchecken hotel). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Propere kamers en sanitair. Douchekop was aan de verkeerde kant van de douche gemonteerd zodat waterstraal meer naar de muur gericht was als naar de persoon. Kleine kamer en douche. |

lokatie, nette kamer/douche, ontbijt Ik had een kamer met 2 apparte bedden gereserveerd, maar dat begreep het personeel niet of dat was niet door gegeven. De 1e kamer die we kregen was piepklein en bloedheet met een 2persoonsbed. De 2e kamer was groter en koeler maar had nog steeds een 2persoonsbedje... |

op loop afstand van de bezienswaardigheden, douche goed, bedden schoon en goed, weinig geluidsoverlast. Internettoegang alleen in de kleine lobby. Werden eerst in de kelder gestopt maar werd na zeuren gecorrigeerd. Personeel niet klantvriendelijk en doen of je gek bent. Croissants bij matig ontbijt niet vers. Het lijkt heel wat op de site maar is het niet. Het cijferoordeel is volledig terecht. |

Extremely central with Victoria Station only 7 minutes away by walk. I asked for an iron and this was not available. Considering I was there for business, ironing shirts and suits is a norm! |

I was in a dark basement room, the power went off in the basement rooms and had to go to reception to inform them. The hotel was ok but the decor was dated and old. |

I was in London for conference in other hotel and need one more night to stay in London. When I came to hotel receptionist show me very small room, wc outside the room. Then I read my confirmation that I have ensute and 1/2 price not bad condition room. I came to reception to complain about the situation. They change room to ensute. |

I like its location the most because it is within the walking distance to the Victoria Station.. Too many things to complain but not enough space here. First, the room did not match their description. Booked a family room with at least two double beds but received only one bed and the other is simply an uncomfortable pullout sofa. Free WIFI is supposed to be in all rooms (the main reason for me to select this hotel) and actually it is only in the lobby. They charged all five nights at the time of check-in, making us difficult to change hotel though hotels are full of the neighbourhood. In the five nights we stayed, no television controls for two nights and insufficient shampoo for two nights. The attitude of hotel manager is the worst I ever experienced when we complained. location was excellent and very handy for a shopping trip and to see a show. room was clean and tidy, a bit on the small side but all in all a very satisfactory hotel. would stay there again. more choice at breakfast would be nice |
