Hyggelig personale og sentrumsnært. Rommene var små, mye støv I teppegulv. Liten og ustabil heis. Uoversiktelig rominndeling. Koridorer og ganger over alt som forvirret. Frokostrommet var for lite og trangt. Lite utvalg I frokost. |

The breakfast had a good variety and staff were always at hand.The location was very good,with the Train station 200yrds away.Also all types of transport at the front door. There was no drawer storage in the room we had.The reception area could be made more inviting with a bar.It should be classed as a BB rather than a Hotel. |

Location - not far from Victoria Station Please be aware that the hotel room bears little resemblance to the photos shown on the internet - rooms are in very poor condition. Smell of stale smoke, no sufficient heating, ripped duvet cover, dirty and badly stained floor, dirty walls with holes, broken sink, broken lights, dirty bed-side table (cup stains), cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the most horrific part: the discovery of 2 cockroaches in the bathroom! Absolutely disgusting! I would never stay in this hotel again, and can not recommend it to anyone. |

housekeeping wanted us to live the room very quickly, knoking the doors and didnt let us time to prepare to go, we asked for a late check out but the housekeeper didnt let us . |

Extremely central with Victoria Station only 7 minutes away by walk. I asked for an iron and this was not available. Considering I was there for business, ironing shirts and suits is a norm! |

I was in a dark basement room, the power went off in the basement rooms and had to go to reception to inform them. The hotel was ok but the decor was dated and old. |

I was in London for conference in other hotel and need one more night to stay in London. When I came to hotel receptionist show me very small room, wc outside the room. Then I read my confirmation that I have ensute and 1/2 price not bad condition room. I came to reception to complain about the situation. They change room to ensute. |

I like its location the most because it is within the walking distance to the Victoria Station.. Too many things to complain but not enough space here. First, the room did not match their description. Booked a family room with at least two double beds but received only one bed and the other is simply an uncomfortable pullout sofa. Free WIFI is supposed to be in all rooms (the main reason for me to select this hotel) and actually it is only in the lobby. They charged all five nights at the time of check-in, making us difficult to change hotel though hotels are full of the neighbourhood. In the five nights we stayed, no television controls for two nights and insufficient shampoo for two nights. The attitude of hotel manager is the worst I ever experienced when we complained. location was excellent and very handy for a shopping trip and to see a show. room was clean and tidy, a bit on the small side but all in all a very satisfactory hotel. would stay there again. more choice at breakfast would be nice |
