Beds were really comfortable and good amount of towels. There was good amount of space in the room
When checking in there was no record of my booking for the second double room I booked and I had email confirmation that I showed the hotel. In the morning there was no hot water in either of the rooms that I booked so none of us could have a shower.
Near the under ground clean friendly couldn't ask for more for the price
Location was good ! You get what you pay for ! Not bad for the price
A lot !! Hotel is very old and very noisy occupants! Breakfast was the worst I've had but then you get what you pay for ! It's not bad for the price
The room was such a surprise in the best way possible, we really liked the rooms as they were so modern and we really liked the bathroom which could of doubled as a sauna. Also the location was great for our personal needs.
I found a lady at the reception to be quite cold and not friendly, I thought her personal skills to be quite poor, as I rang for directions and she said 5 minutes from the tube station no elaboration as to directions as my google maps wasn't working, I was also woken in the middle of the night to be asked was my fire alarm going of which it obviously wasn't as there was no sound coming from it. These are just small things that could be addressed.
I liked the price, the location - the hotel is only two stations from St. Pancras - and it was where we arrived from Gatwick aiport. Our own bathroom was very important too
Breakfasts could be slightly varied but it's not the problem because where are many cafe and food shops in the district
Central location. Price. Clean rooms.
Our room was cold. Draft from window. Only WiFi in the lobby.
no en suite facilities
Near to Tube Station Finsbury Park, Located in a very quiet street Night auditor was friendly
Very unfriendly stuff, dirty, rotten, has not been renovated for centuries, carpets dirty and rotten.Reception stuff at check in and out were very unfriendly. We did not felt welcome. This Hotel needs a complete renovation and a stuff training. This Hotel has NO LOVE
Great location Nice night receptionist
Very rude daily receptionist The radiator wasnt working in room Noisy Doors was making strange sounds everytime someone opened the doors in hall Really strange noise of some machine during night!!! Room 607
very noisy at night
Very good and easy access lots of bus go everywhere. Right place for tourists
Having to pay for a room that I didn't book
Close to Finsbury Park tube, quiet residential area. Friendly staff, public areas a little tired but rooms refurbished to a very high standard. Immaculate new ensuite bathroom, well lit and brilliant shower. Bedroom spotless and well appointed.
Nothing, was even given an extra couple of hours to check out. Excellent all round.
Breakfast was Nice with plenty of choice
Rooms where numbered a bit odd
good situated, clean
lack of night lamp, lack of hand towel, lack of hair dryer, terrible night noise from the installations during 3 day stay
Perfect location Good breakfast Funny small bathroom Nice great hotel Accept visa electron
- very thin room walls - funny small bathroom
The rooms where excellent value for money and clean. Considering it's only a few pounds more than a hostel it's well worth it!
The staff were rude. We got to the hotel and was instantly asked for payment, not even a "How's your journey?". She then snapped at me because she was doing something wrong on the calculator and I had to correct her. It was the blonde lady. All other staff were very nice.
Place was very clean and easy to find. Nice hotel staff, could leave our luggage in a hotel on our arrival and departure dates there. The hotel is just about 300 metres from a subway station. Shops are near by. Breakfast was OK.
Nice big spacious room,
Toilet/showeroom tiny, barely room to close the door when in the room.....
Comfort and location
Décor could use update
We have stayed at Central Park Hotel twice now and have found it to be very comfortable. While it is not a new hotel it is very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It has the basic necessities that is needed. Overall good value for the money
Fair price and convenient for a late stay requirement in North London. Building itself looking tired now but couldn't fault the room which was spotless.
Shame breakfast wasn't available any earlier than 7:30 and the wifi provided not a stronger signal (only available in foyer and very slow)
Room clean and tidy and suitable for short stay. I could check in early and store case until room was available later in day
Noisey occupants at night. Communal areas very worn and in need of refurb.
