I hate curved stairs.
facilities, room had fridge, microwave, hairdryer, tv, wifi, kettle, shower and loo
bed was small (for us) and soft.
The stay was perfect location was fantastic and staff were very helpful with everything. Was allowed to park my car early on the Monday for the day before I checked In. And they have been fantastically helpful with future plans of staying.
The internet was very temperamental in the eve, however staff have assured me they will look in to it and were very helpful and apologetic.
Good value & pleasant staff. Fridge + Microwave in room very good
a superb location, very helpful staff. A really good deal.
The location was great a few minutes walk to the shops and food. Staff were great.
Because our room was downstairs and pleased it was but it was a bit noisy as people came in and out leaving the doors to slam instead of holding them to close. Then one night at 4am a group decided to eat there takeaway outside our bedroom window and talk and laugh very loud.
Room size, cleanliness and location
Late reception kitchen facilities Price was fair
smelled of damp signs of dampness in all three rooms dirty around base of shower with dampness coming through woke up with bites on the first morning that I didnt have the night before and thought I saw something in the carpet of the bedroom jump. Needs the damp attending to and then decorating
central location car parking cleanliness comfort staff
Fantastic and convenient apartments with all modern facilities. Ideal for short stay or holidays. Well thought out deco. Well done.
Location is the only good point if you can put up with the drunken noise throughout the night.
Lets be clear this is not a Hotel, more like a Bed Sit property. Limited parking, first come first serve, 10 spaces Max Drunken noise throughout the night, all night. Kebab shops and pubs are outside your window. The shower was mouldy and stunk of foul water. Decor was dreadful Man on reception was smoking Booking.com charged £165 per night yet in the bet sit building (not hotel) they advertise as less as £29 ?!?
everything about the place was great many thanks will book again
The two receptionists were two young ladies, both really amazing looking and really helpful.
The hotel asked me to pay £25 for losing the extra room key....but I found it in the end. Read the small print !!
central location, comfortable bed.
Lack of advertised parking. Would have gone to Holiday inn if known parking was so limited on site.No cooling fan available
Convenience of location
Tricky getting baggage to room
Top floor hot and noisy from shop over road
Friendly staff Very good location - unless you have a car.
Appalling car park and access. Once you're in you can't get out! Noisy with live music playing to 5am next door. Décor dated and needs refurbishing. If you book on the weekend forget sleeping. Pillows smelt bad. Bathroom smelt bad. Sloping floor!? Very offensive sign warning people of a fine if they put 'anything other than toilet paper down the toilet'.
Ease of checking in and out. Staff rang to confirm booking and did warn of the noise and current roadworks. Excellent location for people wanting to sample nightlife of Cheltenham.
Overheated room, unable to open windows as on ground floor. Noise from the nearby pub very loud, however we had been warned by the hotel of the noise. No chair to sit on , the beds very low. Very basic accomodation, price not basic !
It was so close to shops and bars.
Room was very damp we are a older couple with joint problems the bed was very low to the floor and hard to get out of.windows and door were over looked by car park no net curtains so people could look in and curtains were coved in damp stains.when we mad a complaint no one wanted to know. Not a very good stay.
; Location, staff, free wifi
bit noisy outside
Very comfortable bed and clean and spacious room room. Staff helpfull and friendly even offered to look after our bags whilst we went into the shopping centre.
Misunderstood booking - thought a full English breakfast was available. In fact it was a continental breakfast in the room which we should have booked prior to arrival. Had to go and eat out in the centre which admittedly was close by. Very noisy until just after 11pm - band playing in nearby hotel.
the apartment was ok for a short stay but if we were staying longer would need more comfort. kitchen was well equipped. Was clean too. Was near to shops etc.
the parking was ridiculous and access to the apartments to unload luggage etc was not good. the road works didn't help. it would be helpful if the parking situation was made more clear at the time of booking and also may a parking permit given as an option. I certainly would not pay more than the £75 per night than we paid in the 'sale'!
Location really good for central Cheltenham. Fridge in room was useful, as well as kettle and microwave. Off street parking behind hotel. Good pubs and restaurants close by.
Hotel seems mainly geared up for contractors rather than holidaymakers, maybe it depends on what you're used to. Bathroom small, slight odour to it. Cold water ran warm for several minutes, but it was 30C during the day.
Location. We were en route to elsewhere and didn't need ambiance or fuss. At the hotel you get great parking if the lot isn't full. We got moved to the apartments and were lucky enough to leave our car at the hotel. If we had been forced to move, the public lot across the road is approx. £10 for overnight. That said, if we had been in the public lot, it was only 50m from the flat.
Pillows and mattresses need to be replaced in a BIG way. Really uncomfortable and we ended up using our clothing stuffed in the cases. The sofa bed in the lounge was uncomfortable even for lightweight children. There was very little in the way of crockery and kitchen gear. I would hate to stay here for longer if we intended on self catering. The neighbours were very loud. Singing, radio at top volume, people shouting to other residents to shut up, door slamming... All at 3am. The sound really carries in the open spaces to the rear and between units/in the light wells leading to windows and patio doors.
