Marlene and Michael were friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. |

Friendliness and helpful nature of hosts A little cramped in the en suite, though I emphasise this didn't infringe on my stay. Merely pointing out that minimum diamentions of en suites generally should be much bigger. |

the location,the staff if a little more attension to detail small but important touches were missing, IE lack of tea bags in room container there but empty,had to ask for more,container for tissues was there but empty,things like this should be checked by owner/manager before clients arrive |

The warm, friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean rooms and the( non greasy) full beakfast. As a person who does not always sleep well, I found that the street lights penetrated the light curtains and caused me a problem. Blackout blinds would help. |

A friendly and welcoming place to stay during our NEC visit. The owners were welcoming and the place was very homely. Excellent Sunday breakfast lasted us all day! Would certainly visit again. A1+++++ |

The location to NEC was excellent, very easy to find and there was also onsite (free) parking facilities which is always a bonus. The hotel was clean and tidy with a spacious room offering overall good value all round. The price i paid in comparison to the comfort / hospitality and food offered was excellent. |

There was a very welcoming atmosphere. The family greeted us and made us feel safe and at home. The room was immaculately clean and they provided us with printouts of local attractions including information like time, fees, directions, etc. Clearly they were trying to take it to the next level. It could use a bigger sign out front. We drove by once and had to come back. |

The couple who runs the guest house are terrific .A good value overnight stay . The traffic outside was noisy but it is on a main road .I live in the country so it was a noise I'm not used to. |
