Η τοποθεσία και ότι ήταν κοντά στα μεσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Επίσης το ευγενικό προσωπικό. Την καθαριότητα και την ποικιλία του πρωινού..Επίσης θα έπρεπε να υπάρχουν δωμάτια για καπνιστές. |

Hotel is in a great area, near Kensington Park, just a few minutes walk to the underground stations (Queensway-Bayswater), bus and tour bus stops. |

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, 5 λεπτά από το σταθμό του μετρο και τα μαγαζιά. Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο. Στο ΄μπάνιο δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες και ο καθρέφτης του κυρίως δωματίου ήταν μικρός και χαμηλός... |

Δεν ξέρω αν το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο επιδέχεται βελτίωση, προσωπικά το βρήκα απογοητευτικό και αποφασίσαμε με τον σύντροφό μου να φύγουμε μετά το πρώτο βράδυ. Πολύ κακό πρωινό, πολύ στενάχωρο δωμάτιο και μπάνιο, κακή ποιότητα νερού στο μπάνιο, γενικά το όλο ξενοδοχείο αποπνέει μια μιζέρια. |

be able to leave the hotel after 4 days the receptionist...the portier, they were everything but kind and polite...u needed to pay them for give u an smile...silly because i already paid te room and not even...TV wasnt working not even one chanel, the central heating wasnt working, on the morning i was waking up freezing, the views...horrible and depressing...about the cleanliness..it seemed okai bt i found a bug on my pillow...i removed it and told them to clean the room, they made the bed but what a sorprise the pillow still had the mark from the bug on the pillow, i paid 87 per nigh and not even the internet was for free....and about the walls...they were pure paper u could listen everything form the rooms next to u.....3 stars hotels? i felt like on a cheap hostal.. |

location is great, no any noise, obtainable price. Lack of cloak chamber is a serious inconvenience (to prolongate the room for late check-out was also impossible due to full booking). |

Good location in Bayswater near bus and underground. Ridiculous system with breakfast vouchers. Relatively noisy; sometimes felt like living in a shoe box. |

The location is very good because it is near the Hyde Park. The facilities was ok. Provide luggage storage service after check-out. |

Good location with choice of two Tube lines giving quick access to the whole network. Accommodation good given the price charged. Very poor sound proofing of rooms. All activities in neighbouring rooms clearly audible. Quality of self service breakfast and organisation could be improved upon. |

Close to hyde park and great restaurants. Reception staff completely without compassion for there guests. Staff were incredibly rude and utterly inept. Bad coffee, crumby room, fridge did not work & dirty tissue found in the room upon arrival. |

Sightseeing opportunities of the London scene. Though an ex-pat, my wife and I found the location ideal to review the old and the new locals via available close by public transportation. |

It's proximity to the city centre The Receptionist was the wost part about this hotel. She got our room allocation wrong and was very rude and sarcastic when we asked to change to the room we had already booked. |

convience to the tube, with a good access to hyde park and excellent eating facitities near the hotel. nowhere to store your luguage on the day of checking out and the bar was very expensive. |
